Great service! Showed up on time. Were very thorough cleaning my large sectional. They even cleaned my living room and hallway carpet for free. Communication was professional and helpful. They were also able to fit the cleaning in only a couple of days after I called for an appointment. Will be using their service again.

I had would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. They sent text to not only remind me of my appointment but also let me know when they were heading to my house. The cleaner Nate was very nice and professional. He made me feel completely comfortable. He walked me through what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He did a great job and got out some really bad spots in my carpet. I will definitely have them back out when it's time to get them cleaned again.

MD Restoration and Cleaning Specialists did an amazing job cleaning my upholstered sectional couch! They took their time to make sure that it was done properly and did not rush the job. The 2 employees that did the job were professional and courteous. They explained the process well and also walked me through the pricing. The price was very fair for an excellent cleaning job. I will definitely call them again next time!

This is the second time we have used MD Cleaning Specialist. The first time was because of red and blue dye on the floor and the second was to remove a dog urine stain. Both times Allen was able to completely remove the stains I was certain would permanently damage our carpet. It's always easy to schedule an appointment and they come out quickly. Allen is prompt, friendly, and professional. They provide a great value for a good price. We will definitely use this company again.

My carpet technician, Allen, was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be using him again! He spent over two hours deep cleaning steaming and putting a protective layer on my sectional. I think I’m going to have them come back into my living room carpet. The second time that he came to our house, he cleaned carpets for us. He did a fantastic job and was in an out so quickly! I will def be hiring him again. Fantastic.

Definitely Happy and satisfied with the work they did on the interior of the house. They did a fantastic job cleaning up stains from my boots on the carpet, in fact they got out every stain and the carpet looks far better now with their cleaning service. I called regarding a cat urine situation and they were quick to send someone out to our house for an estimate. I was promised that Id receive a quote within 24 hours but did not. I called to check in and was told that it was being worked on. I waited a few days and called again and was told that a personal matter had come up. I waited a week and was told that their email system (gmail) was not working. I waited a few days and called again, I was told they'd send a quote from a personal email address. I never got the quote and gave up on them. Ive gone a different route now. Cat urine odors are very hard to remove, and I suspect they didnt want the job. I would have appreciated more professionalism in letting me know. Instead I wasted weeks being patient. Ive since taken my business elsewhere.
