Brandon was great: He was honest with pricing and gave his honest opinion on what kind of repairs were needed without taking advantage of us. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great job cleaning up our water damage. I didn't know that Absolute did carpet cleaning, but I'm definitely using him for that in the future based on my initial experience.

20 years ago, a window company replaced a window in the basement. Said window company measured based on the inside drywall and not the outside foundation. Because of this for 20 years whenever it rained, the water followed the studs throughout the basement until we noticed it this spring. Thanks the heaven for Absolute. They noticed what happened, helped us with the insurance, worked with us and got us dried out. Extremely professional and explained each step of the process with us. Hope I don't have to use them again but they will be my first call if I have need to.
