The service was better today. I appreciated that the technician called when he was on the way, and I also received an email notification yesterday from Purcor confirming the appointment for today. These updates are making the process much smoother. I’d like to continue monitoring the service over the next month before providing a full rating. Additionally, I want to confirm whether it’s part of the current process for me to sign the service order before the technician leaves. I’ve mentioned before that this step is required on our end, and I’d like to ensure it’s consistently followed. Thanks, Inez Ross Q Bio

Very pricy and unresponsive. We regret hiring them. Update: It's amazing how quickly PURCOR management responded to my review, yet we tried to contact them for over a month to remove a wasp nest near a playground, with no reply to our numerous emails and phone calls. We're still not getting our calls or emails answered. We ended up getting another vendor involved which they responded on the same day.

Joseph was great. Let me know he was on his way. Showed up promptly and very courteous. Explained everything he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He did a great job.

John services our home for our pest control and he is very thorough. He does a great job and pays attention to detail we have a lot of cactus and plants he makes sure to dust the webs off everything carefully we appreciate it. Thanks John for the great job!

John was very courteous when he came to my door this morning. Friendly, helpful demeanor. He was very prepared and very knowledgeable. He listened as I described my problem. He and I did a walk around my house exterior located the source of the ant problem and took action. He treated appropriately on my property and has a plan for the future treatment..

Chris serviced my home for spiders inside & out. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was patient as I has my elderly Mother out of the home so he could continue his job!
