Natalie and Chris were amazing from the START! We had a roof leak that led to significant water damage and mold in our master bedroom, closet and bathroom. Natalie was super responsive via phone and text the entire process. She was always willing to hop on a phone call to answer questions or talk through insurance processes. Rewind Emergency services are fantastic! I am very happy with the service and job that they did. Natalie was great with her communication and her service. She helped me with my insurance and although it did not go the way I wanted she guided me through the process and for that I am thankful! Chris came in and handled the job efficiently and did a great job. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again if an unfortunate situation arises and will definitely refer their services to friends and family. Thanks again!
