Bear Roofing

Got a call from an elderly family member of mine saying they had an issue with their roof. Went over to take a look and found some very crappy work that was done 11 short years ago. The "25 yr roof" installed by Bear Roofing is a joke! Now he has rotten eves and soffits as well as water damage inside his home because they do not know how to install flashing around a chimney. Stay far away from this company.

These guys do excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone. I used them 7 years ago for my Greystone home and again this past year in inverness. They finished a 6,200 square foot shingle roof through allstate in one day. Then these guys discovered the roof on my new historical home in southside was shingled in asbestos and were able to get it approved through State Farm to put on a 4,300 square foot slate roof and completed it in 5 days. Poor work, my roof was left with places not compleated and doesn't line up. They left nails and shingles in the yard. I called them over and over the office would eather not answer or the said someone would come out, I waited they never came. I made the mistake of paying up front. It was a horrible experience. I was taken advantage of by a corrupt business. They have no basic morals.

Have had a slow leak since roof was installed now have damage to my siding, also have a rotten 2x6 and several pieces of soffet! Now they don't answer their phone or return my calls!

These guys were great. Did what they said they would do. Another contractor came out for a different job and said the roof really looked good. Honest guys.

If i could give zero stars I would but google won't let me. These guys are completely incapable of doing anything. They can't price work, they can't return phone calls, they are useless. Don't waste your time and call someone else.

Can't get calls returned can't get nobody out to address your problems all you can do is leave messages never use them again
