Five stars all the way. The roof looks incredible, and just survived six straight days of heavy rain in Los Angeles without a single issue. Mike was the first one here in the morning, and the last to leave. Very helpful along the way answering questions in giving feedback and updates, etc… When it turned out that the weather was going to cause issues after the shingles were already off the roof, Mike’s team tarped the roof in a way that would probably have lasted for a year. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Ikon Roofing did a great job! They were speedy with making a thorough yet understandable proposal, permits, scheduling, and finishing. Mike is kind and super responsive for questions about options, logistics, etc. We appreciated Mike offering to bring over samples that helped us pick a color. We went out of town the few days they were working and it gave us piece of mind Mike sending updates. We had zero cleanup to do after they finished. This was our first time hiring anyone to work on a roof and we'd definitely go back to Ikon Roofing if we need help in the future.

Ikon Roofing and Michael Nalbandian and his helper have done an excellent job fixing our flat, leaky roof! We had enough rain last week to test if the repair would hold, and it worked! We have been trying to fix this leak for 30 years. Nothing any other roofer, or our trying to patch with Henry's stopped the leak - it was almost a waterfall during the worst storms. But not a drop! When I went on the roof to see what they did, along with the area shown in the photo and the HVAC patching, Michael patched other areas that we didn't even discuss and he did not charge us more. Above and beyond, preventive care, and all at a very reasonable price, too!!! We are so pleased and would highly recommend Ikon Roofing! Thank you Michael!

From Start to Finish! Ikon Roofing is a Top Notch roofing company. Our experience with them was fantastic. Michael was super thorough in communication and in explanation of all of our necessary repairs. He was very friendly, personable, but also down to business. When it came to the actual job, they worked fast and efficient. They went over and beyond with the repairs to make sure that that we have no reoccurring issues. They also made sure they cleaned up and left our facility in better shape than they found it. I would highly recommend Ikon Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repairs! Class A Company!!

I looked at and talked to a lot of roofing companies before choosing Ikon. I chose because Michael aces communication, regardless of format (text, phone, email) - every exchange is super timely, crisp and unambiguous, and fully informative. He always shows up when and where he says (name a contractor that does THAT!), and doesn't smooth talk or BS you in any way - completely honest and transparent. When his crew did my roof, it was exactly the same - on time, to spec, always communicating and quickly resolving any issues that came up (there's always issues in construction!). Zero reservations recommending Michael and Ikon! Very happy with the full experience and the shiny new roof!

Ikon Roofing recently completed a complete tear off and re-roofing of my Burbank property. A one story house and separate garage. I could not be more happy with final results, but also with the overall process. Mike immediately instilled confidence in his company's abilities, but also showed incredible professionalism during the bidding and installation process. Having bid several companies I can say that Mike got my business no only because of his fair and thorough bid, but because of his amazing attitude and thoughtful presentation. I found his entire crew was not only pleasant but incredibly hard working. They clearly exemplified the professional qualities that Mike presented at our very first meeting. Mike and his teams tore off a replaced my roof. In short, the experience was excellent. Just easy to work with, communicative, informative, fast, clean. Mike, the owner, was on site every day with his crew, doing the work. He knows exactly what’s going on at the job site; he’s there to answer questions, address any concerns, and you can tell he is personally invested in the projects success. Every day they left my home and yard clean and tidy, even when they thought I wasn’t going to be there that day. My neighbors even commented on how clean everything was around the house. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. They worked fast. Just an excellent experience. I had multiple roofers quote this project and initial quotes were all in a reasonable enough ballpark. But keep an eye on everyone’s change order/replacement lumber costs. I knew and discussed with everyone that I had dry rot and old wood on parts of my roof that needed replacement. Mikes lumber replacement pricing was the most reasonable of the quotes, and it made a difference in the final bill. Frankly, I feel some of the quoting company’s underbid the project initially, and planned to make it up on the lumber replacement. Mike was just straightforward, no surprises, and pleasant to work with. What more could you want? Highly recommended.
