Modern Home Improvements has done a very good job on my roof replacement. Their workers are on time, very clean and at the end of day clean up was very good too. They also deal with our city very efficiently and our city can be very picky. Overall I’ll give them two thumbs up.

My roof was installed in June 2025. The experience was ok but I've been waiting for my skylight since then. Extremely poor communication from the project manager who kept promising dates which would pass with no communication. Now a skylight is sitting in my courtyard and they haven't bothered to communicate why it hasn't been installed and when it will be installed. Also have nails protruding thru the rafters in my front court yard which I'm still waiting for them to fix. Disappointing!! Turns out the new skylight doesn't fit. Back to square one. Also in the recent rainstorm we can see the new gutters are not properly aligned so water is collecting at one end which is problematic for mosquitoes. And many leaves are under the new leaf guard since one end isn't properly closed off.

We just got a new roof project done with Modern Roofing. They were very professional and did a great job. Dion B was our project manager and he was great at explaining each step and addressing concerns with small repairs needed as they came up. His crew was polite and hardworking and overall did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The new roof looks great and we will go back to Modern Roofing for future projects!
