Heard about Charlotte Ace Roofing from my real estate agent, owner Vasily was responsive and provided a fair quote for top quality materials. His team did a great job installing the roof and delivered a quality product and left the job site very clean. It was a very large job, and came out well. Highly recommend.

I first chose to get a quote from Charlotte Ace Roofing based on all the 5 star reviews I read. How could every review possibly be 5 stars? But I had a truly great experience with Charlotte Ace Roofing. Vasily, the owner, is a very knowledgeable and experienced roofer. He is honest, offered competitive pricing, was involved throughout the entire process, and always made me feel like my home was his top priority and his most important job. What more can you ask for? He offered valuable insights regarding questions I had about my particular roof. And while my wife and I thought we wanted to go with a light grey shingle (because we thought grey goes with everything), Vasily made a polite suggestion for a slightly different shingle color, and we couldn’t be happier with how all the colors of our new roof and home complement each other. Vasily kept me informed throughout the entire process regarding when the delivery of the shingles would occur, where they would be dropped off, the date of install, etc. His communication was excellent. On the day of the install, the project took a bit longer than expected. But that did not stop Vasily and his team from doing a very thorough job of cleaning up. I had one or two minor concerns the next day, and Vasily stopped by that day to make sure everything was in order (which it was). I really can’t say enough good things about Vasily and his crew. I would absolutely recommend them for any roofing job. I am sure all of his 5 star reviews are well-deserved.
