Justin arrived on time and examined the area of house that had a leak. He climbed up on the roof and saw that a broken seal around a vent pipe was the source of the leak which he quickly fixed. He then went above and beyond our expectations by checking all vents and pipes to make sure they were properly sealed as well. Justin was very professional, polite, and respectful. He answered all of our questions and we are very happy with Sherriff Goslin Roofing.

I struggled to find someone to perform a small repair that my buyer's inspector identified. Then I contacted S-G and the issue was fixed. Justin and friend were OUTSTANDING. We're is the process of moving so when Justin asked if I had a pipe wrench, I could not find it. No worries. He went up the street to a former customer and borrowed one. Thank you!!!!

Sheriff Goslin did a great job on the new roof! From the estimate to the start of the roof work our sales person (Josh) made us feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process Josh reassured us that he will treat this project like its at his own residence and once we explained our needs Josh took care of everything from that point. The crew arrived early, stayed late and after the work was complete the yard was clean and organized like before they arrived. The new gutters with shields are perfect we no longer have to worry about cleaning leaves out of the gutters anymore. The new roof is absolutely beautiful this was well worth the expense and we are thankful Sheriff Goslin, Josh and his crew had the time to complete this project for us. Tom Swan is a swell guy. We had a leak that recently made itself obvious after a couple days of intense storms. I called up a handful of roofing companies trying to get someone to come take a look and assess the damage. I got a couple receptionists that put me on their schedule for a future phone or email communication, but I spoke directly to a technician at Sherriff Goslin. I don't fault anyone since we just had those storms, I'm sure all the roofers are busy from that. Tom said he could get out this Saturday morning at 10:30. So he gets here and I give him a little detail and backstory on the roof. He comes in to look at the water spot, then goes up on the roof to assess the damage. Not too long up there he comes back down and tells me the issue is an obvious spot where the nail underneath the shingle was pushing the shingle up and basically just creating a channel for water to go into the roof. I asked how much to fix it and he said no charge, he just fixed it. He gave me a couple prices for some other work and went on his way. I just really appreciated the helpful nature of Tom. I don't know anything about roofing and I could have been taken advantage of. But Tom wasn't pushy or trying to scare me or speaking with any false urgency. I wish everyone I had to deal with for maintenance or repairs was like Tom.

EXCELLENT SERVICE We have been working with Sherriff Goslin Roofing since the "Cincinnati Hurricane" in 2008. The roof they put on at that time continues to hold up extremely well. Over the years we have had a few minor issues (a few nail pops, clogged gutters/downspouts, etc) and their service has always been EXCELLENT. In a day and age when you can't get companies like this to even return a call, they actually answer their phone. Most recently, Justin helped me out and was just terrific. I am happy to fully recommend them for any and all of your roofing needs.

Just wanted to leave a quick note thanking Justin and his partner for coming out to repair a small leak from our roof. When I purchased our roof from Sherriff Goslin almost 15 years ago I had never dreamed how many compliments we received. It truly sets the house apart from all others in the area. Actually had people stopping to ask where we got it from if we were outside working. Back to Justin, they came out repaired it, checked the whole roof for any other problems. "No charge, part of doing business with a local, smaller company" Roof is in fine shape, should last at least 30 years. Local trades companies, best deal now, and in the future. We have relied on Sherriff-Goslin for roofing solutions since 1994. Our house has direct exposure to prevailing weather on a hillside. We felt that the Art Loc System provided greater security for stability. Compared to other roofs of similar age in the neighborhood, I believe that has been the case. Appearance is consistently clean and even. When we have had concerns, the Sherriff-Goslin staff have responded promptly and even helped with unseen issues not related to their roof.
