The final result is absolutely beautiful. Our neighbors keep complimenting how great our new roof looks! On top of that, their pricing is very competitive, and they were super flexible with payment only after the work was completed. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly had a wonderful experience with them. I feel completely covered and confident in their work. Desiree, who assisted me with scheduling was friendly, helpful, and patient, making the entire process stress-free. Vincent and his team took the time to help my husband and me choose a modern roof that not only looks great but is also future-proof for when we install solar panels. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. When the crew came out, they were incredibly professional. They worked efficiently, kept the worksite clean, and treated our home with care. We even experienced a small earthquake while the team was on the roof—an unnerving moment—but when I rushed outside to check on them, they were all safe and laughing. They changed the roof shingles, gutter, skylights and some vents for my house over the summer. Out of the many roofers I talked to, they have reasonable price, responsive communication and they are a local family business. Desiré was the best as she was very efficient in communicating and explaining any question I had through the process from start to finish. Scheduling a quote was very easy and the turnaround time was very transparent. I had many quotes for a full roof replacement and Vincent Roofing provided me the best price, best product, AND with permits! Desire walked me through the process allowing me to view the material in person and reassuring me of the workmanship. When it came to tear off and install time, the crew was very punctual and was true to the timeline to replace my roof! My roof now looks really nice!
