We contacted Bonhardt Roofing when we learned our roof may need replaced due to hail damage. Jordan was our point of contact throughout the entire process. He initially completed a roof inspection and then spoke to us about everything he found. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. He was even able to pull weather reports to try and determine which storm the damage occurred from to provide to insurance. Jordan was also able to act as an intermediary between us and insurance to ensure insurance covered us properly. Once insurance sent the approval, the roof and gutter replacement was a go. The roof and gutters were replaced in 2 days. The work looks great and there were no messes left behind. They also charge what insurance approves to be paid out. This company is professional, quick, and provides high quality work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Frictionless! I have never worked with a contractor who managed a project so effectively. After the initial roof inspection by the insurance adjuster, my claim was denied. Andrew took the bull by the horns, didn't take no for an answer, and contacted my insurance company directly. He requested a second review which we got, but now there was a question about the date of loss and whether we had filed in time. Andrew remembered some details buried in the original claim and resubmitted it, calling these details to their attention. It was approved in full! We went from being denied, to getting approved with partial payment, to getting fully paid for everything, all thanks to Andrew's persistence and attention to detail. Andrew stepped me through the entire process, worked directly with my property management company, told me how to navigate the insurance company (even managing them on my behalf), submitted all the required paperwork, patiently answered all my questions, and even submitted a class 4 roof rating certificate to my insurance agent so my premium would be discounted. Hopefully I never need another roof again, but living in Colorado the chances are high. You can bet I'll be calling Andrew at Bonhardt Roof & Trade Co again!

They got our home repairs Soffits, Fascia, Roof and Gutters done in a timely manner. Jordan was always ready to answer any questions and made sure we were satisfied.
