Beatrice and I are without hesitation to give Family Roofing a five star rating. Laya and her team are people of excellent integrity as well as their work. We had our roof completely replaced and everything was done excellently and professionally as also verified by the City Inspector. Laya dropped by to check on the progress of the work and explained to us in detail present progress and the finishing portion of the project. This kind of communication completely put us at ease from the beginning to the end of the project which was completed with a thorough cleanup. Thanks Family Roofing for a job well done.

Laya and her crew were fantastic to work with on the repair of our roof and gutters after the Lakewood hailstorms in 2023. Laya communicated thoroughly the entire process, clearly walking us through every step with our insurance and the process of roof repair. We are especially for the attention to detail and care she provided helping us select new shingles and gutters for our new roof — and it looks absolutely amazing! Laya’s crew was also extremely professional and attentive to detail through the roof installation — we did not find a single nail or scrap on our property following the installation. They were also very friendly and helped us with an additional roof project. We cannot recommend Laya and her team enough for excellent response times, customer service, and a gorgeous roof! Laya is the best! Not only was the work done professionally but she was enormously helpful in dealing with insurance and another contractor for a non-roofing issue who was giving us fits. I can genuinely say I don't know what we would have done without her. I highly recommend Family Roofing.

Laya was a great advocate for us with our insurance company- we had lots of problems with them and she was persistent in giving them information and pinning them down on our claim. She always let us know- by text, email, phone call or a personal visit- what was going on.She listened well to what we wanted for the roof and was able to find material that fit what we were looking for. The roofers came when expected and worked hard, cleaned up well (she warned us it would be hard to get every little bit with our shrubbery near the house, but they got most of the debris), and they were respectful. Another manager came by periodically to check on the roofing process and talk with the roofers. The company was just so attentive throughout the whole process!
