I called Diligent Roofing after I had hail damage last year. Ben came out to inspect my roof to see if I qualified for an insurance claim and I did. So I reported a claim to my insurance. So when the insurance inspector came Ben came too to point out all the damage and make sure nothing was missed. Everything went so smooth. After I got the first insurance check we set a date to install and it took two days. The roofing team showed on time and was respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up after the tear off of the old roof. They did an amazing job installing the new roof and reported everything to the insurance company so I don’t have to worry about anything. I am very pleased with my new roof and would recommend they to anyone. Diligent Roofing are professionals and company you can trust!

I recently had my roof replaced by Diligent Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, the owner Freddy was hands-on and incredibly supportive throughout the entire insurance claim process. He didn’t just focus on the roof—he also went the extra mile to help request additional insurance funds for damage to my windows, siding, and gutters, which made a huge difference. During the project, they also identified and solved an attic ventilation issue that had been causing problems. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I appreciated that they took the time to explain the issue and the solution clearly. Since the work was done, the house has stayed much cooler and more comfortable. The Diligent Roofing team was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They clearly communicated what to expect, set realistic timelines, and followed through exactly as promised. The entire roof replacement was completed in just one day, and the clean-up afterward was so thorough it was like they were never even there. Every interaction with Freddy and his crew showed a genuine level of care and attention to detail that’s rare to find. Ben, our project manager was great. He was very helpful with color and style and explained all the aspects of the job. The crew was on time and finished in a day. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Ben checked on them multiple times as did the owner. They did a great job and my wife and I are very pleased with the whole process as well as the finished product. As a contractor myself, I am familiar with the process and was impressed with how smooth it all went. I would and have recommend Diligent Roofing to anyone needing or wanting a new roof.

Diligent Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof in July 2024 after the hailstorm on May 30, 2024. Phil was easy to work with and saw the job through from beginning to end. Freddy and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and were meticulous in their cleanup. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a new roof.

Was on hook for replacing 30 year old roof as part of the sale of my house. Received multiple bids from many different roofers, the highest of which was 20 squares for $15K. As it was a contingency of the sale, buyer was adamant the chosen roofer had ALL the proper credentials, contractors licenses and references. I had to toss the lowest bid because the roofer was a sub-contractor, and just didn’t have the proper credentials. Diligent not only did their best for me to get as close to this original number as they possibly could, but also proved to be a CHAMP in dealing with the title company and buyer’s agent. Diligent took it upon themselves to "snatch up the ball", run with it and give the powers that be everything they needed to prove competence, and well before they even had to be asked to produce it! This reduced my stress phenomenally, and allowed me to concentrate on packing. They completed the roof in ONE day (10.5 hours total) and the roof looks AMAZING. I don’t typically leave reviews but WOW, Diligent is DILIGENT and saved my butt, BIGTIME.
