Lexington Blue Louisville

I wish I could leave no stars for this company I signed a contract with them in September of 2024. They cashed my insurance check and failed to deliver in the time period on the contract. I called and talked to Troy Daniels the person who in charge here in Louisville Kentucky he is the one who cashed my insurance check. I ask him to refund my money he refuses to send my insurance money back and blocks your calls. You go to there office and they pretend no one is inside but there are people in the building they say everybody has the flu stay away from Lexington Blue and if they show up on your doorstep promising you a great job send them away this company only out to scam people

I Normally don’t post reviews but Lexington Blue exceeded my expectation and did a Phenomenal job in helping me replace my roof. I was given a FREE roof inspection! I had no idea my roof was in terrible condition. Jarred Philips was beyond thorough with answering all my questions causing me to have confidence for the process! I even received a follow up call from his office manager who wanted to make sure my roof was properly getting the attention that it deserves. Thanks Lexington Blue for assisting me in getting a full approval on a NEW roof! My house looks like a brand new home! Lexington Blue ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you really need a new roof go elsewhere. If you need to call them for whatever reason they will never answer and if they do they give you the runaround and say they will call back but never do. The salesperson that's in charge of your home will never give you updates and will not keep on touch only at the beginning if they are trying to get your business after that they ghost you. I've been trying to get 1 single shingle replaced by them which they took off for a sample for 6 months now and if they can't replace 1 single shingle I can't imagine them being able to replace your whole roof. Please don't waste your time go with a different company.

Lexington Blue provides outstanding service. A special shout-out to Michelle, the office manager, whose customer service skills are top-notch. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Highly recommend!

I am really impressed with Lex Blue and the representative that stopped by my house! Blake Dawson was informative, professional and genuine. The inspection was fast and easy from start to finish. I'm so grateful our home will be safe and ready for winter!

Travis Johnston and the Louisville Lexington Blue team did a great job in helping me to get a new roof after some storm damage. When I first had someone inspect my roof I was quoted $20,000 dollars for the job...which I could not afford. Then Preston Fee came by (representing Lexington Blue), and he helped me work with my insurance company to get my new roof for the cost of my deductible, $2,500. Everyone I met from Lexington Blue Louisville was professional, courteous, and eager to help me. I couldn't be happier with these folks.

My roof is 12 years old. I wasn’t sure that it would last through the winter months, as in gets direct sunlight. Dominic is amazing! He gave me a professional roof inspection, totally free! He assured me that my roof should it through make it through the winter and suggested to have it replaced in the spring. I will definitely be working with Lextington Blue. Thank you!
