Reimagine roofing company did a deluxe superior job on our flat roofing and our tile roofing. They kept me informed throughout the job. From start to finish they completed the job in an expedient manner. Everyone was very friendly, competent, and professional. Not to mention they were really reasonably priced for the state of the art products they are supplying. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed. From the first call with Dan from the Florida team, I knew I had found the right company to replace our metal roof. Unlike other companies, we were given a single point of contact for the entire installation process. David has done an outstanding job of answering our questions and making sure everything goes smoothly. He even went above and beyond when the tarp covering the damaged roof tore off and he arranged to have it replaced before the roof installation. Highly recommend this company!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Bailey, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind to work with. He was on the job site nearly everyday and really prioritized listening to my concerns. The people that worked on the roof were courteous to us when we were at home and did a great job. I would have given 5 stars, however I had a difficult time with management regarding last minute scheduling. On top of the poor communication about scheduling, I had to advocate strongly on my behalf after they blatantly hung up on me for asking questions regarding the project before it had even started.

Reimagine Roofing was the only roofing company to thoroughly do an inspection and bid on replacing our historic 82 year old original cedar shingle roof in Mesa. The executives, office staff, managers and crew were excellent with communicating thru personal phones, emails, texts, and in person. The project duration was about 7-8 days and involved using a product called Enviroshake. Bailey, our site manager was adept at working positively with the roofing team and us. He was exceptionally calm, efficient, a skilled listener, and paid great attention to detail ensuring we understood the scope and sequence of each day and following up at the end of the job to make certain everything was completed to our expectations. Reimagine Roofing team's positive interaction with the Enviroshake trainer who was on site for two days, the roofing team's remarkable professional skills and work ethic resulted in a beautiful outcome complying with the historic preservation office code. We couldn't be happier. July 2025 Isaac from Reimagine Roofing has done a great job 6 months later with a few repairs that needed to happen since we finally received some monsoon rain . He is persistent, maintains communication , is thorough with great attention to detail and works well scheduling and following up on the crews work. He is an asset to the company and a pleasure to work with.
