Alden & John came to my home to look at the shape of my roof. After a detailed and through hands-on inspection, they reviewed the findings with me personally going over the general condition as well as the areas of concern. They were upfront and candid with the findings & recommendations. As promised, they sent me an electronic version of the report later the same afternoon with specifics on everything they saw during the inspection. I appreciated the professional nature of both Alden & John during the entire process as they respected my time, educated me with their knowledge and provided a detailed final report.

I had a roof that was installed by the contractor approximately 6 years ago. Recently I discovered a small leak at a plumb vent and the contractor was there within 2 days to make the repair. Great price and they stand behind their product. Highly recommended.
