Wonderful work from Luis Morales! He made the full installation of two garage doors just by himself and was super careful for the little details of the installation. He explained us everything in details and answered all our questions. We are really happy with the service and we recommend R&S (Richmond) to anyone looking for a reasonable price and excelente service.

Technician Luis Morales came to install my new garage opener within the appointment time. He assessed the situation, answered all my questions, gave me some advice and options, and did the work I requested. He worked diligently and did an excellent job. Prices were clear and I had no surprise charges. I highly recommend R&S, who were recommended to me by a friend. As an aside, I was previously given a quote by a company (the coupons you get in the mail) and it was almost 3x as much, and they gave me all sorts of wrong information!

Luis M. was on time, efficient in his assessment of the installation, explained exactly what was gonna happen, how it was gonna happen, and when he would be done. Everything was completed as explained, but upon inspection of the new unit, we noticed damage to the motors housing. Luis called the office and a replacement was delivered while he continued preparing the hardware for the install. Luis was professional from start to finish! This is long overdue! Hector came out and fixed my garage door and was super courteous, informative, and did a fantastic job. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Couldn’t be happier, definitely recommend!

Luis saved the day today, gaining access to my stuck-shut and seemingly impenetrable garage. (I'm trying very hard not to make an "erection" joke, here. Awesome company name btw). Seriously, these guys are prompt and congenial and I'd call them again in a second. Although hopefully I won't have to.

Dillon and Damain did an excellent job replacing our roll-up door. They went the extra mile by fabricating a custom motor mount to make sure everything fit and worked perfectly. Solid craftsmanship, great attention to detail, and a smooth install from start to finish.
