SERVPRO of Northwest Wichita

SERVPRO of Northwest Wichita did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in our home! They also cleaned our 2 couches. The onsite crew completed the job expediently and thoroughly. Everyone was professional, friendly and very capable. We especially appreciated their responsiveness and focus on doing a good job. This is the second time we’ve utilized SERVPRO and experienced the same good customer service. We won’t hesitate to use them again! Thank you!

I had a great experience using Servpro of Northwest Wichita for duct cleaning for a rental property. They were on time, courteous and informative about the process. The resident was so grateful that the dust and dirt in the vents was removed!!! I am also thankful for their services and would recommend it for older homes. You wouldn't believe what's in your vents!

We had a fantastic experience with Charlie’s team! From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and efficient. Our carpets and rugs look brand new and smell amazing. Highly recommend their services!

Charlie and his team are incredible! They’ve helped several of my clients in different situations, and every time they’ve gone above and beyond. One client was closing on their home the next day after another company left dirty lines all over the carpet — Charlie’s team came in, fixed it, and made the carpet look amazing. Another client had a fire, and they took such great care to salvage what could be saved while being so professional and compassionate through the process. And when a sump pump backed up in another listing, Charlie’s team showed up late on a weekend to get everything dried and cleaned so we wouldn’t lose days of showings. The home looked like new! Needless to say, ServPro of NW Wichita is now my go-to for all things carpet, upholstery, and restoration. Highly recommend!

Our house was flooded last Tuesday. After contacting our insurance company they were having trouble fining someone to come out because of the high number of people needing their flood damaged homes cleaned up as well. I got on several other companies waiting lists before I called Servpro and spoke with Johanna. She quickly referred me to Richard who called me back within the hour. He came out first thing Wednesday morning and within 2 hours had 20 industrial fans and 2 industrial dehumidifiers. Both Richard and Blaine were confident they could get everything dried out including our 2 rooms with carpet. They saved all our flooring including carpet and didn’t need any walls removed. We only have to replace a few things and get the carpet and furniture cleaned. I highly recommend Blaine and his crew. They are very polite and professional and they really went above and beyond to save everything they could. Will definitely call them again for any future needs.

Servpro of NW wichita is amazing. They have cleaned my carpets and duct cleaning. Both were excellent. Customer service was top notch!

Charlie and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. I’ve used their services several times — from duct cleaning in my home to detailing company vehicles — and each time they’ve delivered outstanding results. They always bring everything back to immaculate condition, ready for our customers. Highly recommend!
