SERVPRO of West Central Tempe

This is the second time I have worked with ServPro (unfortunately) and they have been great to work with both times. They show up when they say they will. They are respectful of the property, responsive, and do a great job. Austin and Logan are both extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend!!

Austin and Josh are very professional and did an amazing job. They answered my questions and explained what to expect with the process. They had to completely gut the kitchen because of the mold and water damage.

My hot water heater in my garage failed and leaked into the wall. Serv Pro of West Central Tempe came out and did a beautiful job with the demolition, and cleanup of mold that had occurred within only two days. They did a fabulous job, they showed up promptly and it was done so quickly. I highly recommend them! Alex C and Israel C were on the job and were fabulous. They took all the stress out of what it happened.

Had a leak in our kitchen during the holidays but Derek, Cam, and Logan came out quickly to take care of things. They made sure to come out immediately and started the mitigation process to get our kitchen back up and running. They were professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company based on our experience.

David Dale was fantastic from start to finish, from restoration to completion of repair. He was very thorough, detailed oriented and knowledgeable. David was personable and we felt very comfortable with him working in our house. Thank you so much for helping us through this leak and repair!

My husband found a leak in my son’s closet. SERVPRO was quick to schedule water mitigation with Alex C., Crystal R., and Dylan. They were punctual, communicative and professional. The water mitigation was the easiest part. The repair has been slow moving thus far, and communication, more difficult. It’s been more than 2 weeks since the leak was fixed, and we are still waiting to meet with our new construction project manager.
