I recently purchased a GE washer and dryer from Top Notch Appliance, and the experience was fantastic. While the store was a bit crowded when I visited, it’s clear why—there’s a wide variety of products, and people know where to find exactly what they need. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through all the features of the GE washer and dryer, answering all of my questions thoroughly and making sure I understood everything. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and they really made me feel like a valued customer.

I purchased a washer and dryer at a very affordable price, both are working very well. Delivery was a smooth process and they provided hookups and setup. I’m very satisfied and will use the company in the near future for all my appliance needs. 10 out of 10 absolutely amazing!!

Just moved into my condo, I needed upgrades on my appliances mine were here since 1995. I got a great deal on all Samsung appliances, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and a washer and dryer delivered for $2000 fairly new they also hooked up all my appliances such as changing plugs , removing fridge doors and draws so it would fit into my narrow kitchen doorway, placed it and reassembling assembled the fridge doors and draws again alter. I went to speak with the owner but ended up encountering a beautiful young lady named Tasha who was there during the absence of the owner Royal she was most professional person and I applaud her despite the unprofessional behavior the owner exudes. As I was standing there I see a roach coming from out of one of the machines. As proof it the same dirty red black and white rug that in the second picture. Be careful when you purchase from the store you get one of two things roaches or owner not honoring the warranty on his products Buyer Beware

Unprofessional, very disrespectful, you have children trying to run a business that they don't know how to grow up boy...... I stated in my first post that your manners are poorlearn some, your appliances are nasty try disinfecting them , if there was properly clean. I don't care how long they sit they would not have mold and mildew or grease Grime and filth on them. Clean your used appliances before resell. The price was yours not mine, I just paid! Your pictures are deceiving. If I knew they looked like that in person, I would never had my guy purchased please believe that. I Was just trying to help out a small local business. With that being said, you got that lousy 400 dollars live off it........ Words to the wise go look at your anything from this store in person examine it before purchasing from this company he's almost like Picking up trash..... I just wanted clean decent appliances for my tenants that's all but no worries the purchase has been done and I'm just going to have it cleaned properly... May the Lord bless you, brother .....

Very Professional. Helpful and fair in negotiations. This company is better than East Coast Appliances for your appliance needs. I got a specialty fridge and Royal was great in letting me keep it there for a couple of days until I made arrangements to come pick it up. In that time, he had it plugged in, cleaned up and demonstrated that all the features worked perfectly.
