I was absolutely satisfied with the work performed by Next Level. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate and upon my review and acceptance, the work was started quickly. I can't say enough good things about how easy they made the process. Having your home undergoe teardown and reconstruction is never pleasant but the employees did all they could to make it as easy as possible for me. The employees were all professional, friendly and listened to my concerns. That is something that is important to me. They keep the other areas of my home clean, moved my furniture and put it back and even offered to put my pictures back up! Communications were clear from start to finish and they helped me with my homeowner's claim and follow up with the insurer to get maximum amount covered. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I have another project and I have already told friends that this company really does it right!

I’ve got to give a HUGE shoutout to Next Level Restoration and Remodel! We’ve had so many bad experiences with contractors over the years fixing or updating things at our house in Sandia Park, I was honestly at the point of giving up on ever working with local/small businesses again. This company has been a complete breath of fresh air. Their crews are friendly, professional, trustworthy, patient, and their communication has been outstanding every step of the way! Robbey and Tito were excellent, but every worker has been awesome. Teresa, their customer service manager, even came by personally to check in on the project, chat, and dropped off the most thoughtful gift box- it honestly blew me away They really live up to their name (now if we can only get them to own a business in every single industry possible then there would be world peace lol!)! Thank you for helping us with this crazy leak!!

I hired Water Extraction a couple months ago when I had a slab leak and found some mold in the house. They were out to the house literally two hours later and started remediation immediately. A simple bathroom remodel eventually turned into new tile floors throughout the house and two new bathrooms. If you redo one bathroom might as well do both! There was a delay from the supplier on the tile, but Matt and his team still started with demolition. There were a few delays here and there, but nothing on their side. Some materials they installed were accidentally damaged and they replaced them free of charge and covered the labor. That only goes to show the honesty and dedication to professionalism that Matt instills In his company. They also coordinated various subcontractors, including visits to the house, working quotes and installation. We would definitely hire them again for a kitchen remodel! Exceptional customer service. My go to remodeler!!! Update 10/1/25 - 6 months after we wrapped up the home remodel we discovered a hairline crack in a 5 foot section of our shower between tiles. It was pretty high up so no water got in. A quick text to Matt the owner and he sent Peter and Diego (ROCK STARS!) to assess the repair, remove the old grout, and put in new grout. In and out in 45 minutes. Just another testimony to Matt and his team, specifically Peter and Diego!

Awesome company who went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during my home restoration (master bedroom). Every team was so supportive and professional. They worked hard to get me back into my room! I really can’t say enough great things about this company! Wonderful experience!

Matt, the owner followed up with me regularly and the company worked closely with my insurance company which made my claim go smoothly and costs were reasonable. I highly recommend this company if you ever have a home emergency from water damage. I give the entire crew and owner 5 stars for courteous service and quality workmanship. Outstanding small business!!! You’ve earned my trust and loyalty. I just hope I never have to experience this type of loss again, but it’s good to know I can count on you if I ever have a need.

Happy with Next Level from start to finish! Marcos spent time researching materials and locating exactly what I wanted in my bathroom remodel. The crews were always friendly, respectful of my home, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
