What kind of a company has perfect Yelp review? Honestly, a perfect one. This is coming from someone who worked in Environmental testing, and I went through 3 other environmental clean up/mold remediation company. We were displaced from our home for 10 MONTHS after 3 other companies messed up royally. Is ish I would have found Serv Pro of GG/Anaheim sooner to save me all money, time, and stress. When you call This Serv Pro, the owner Marc, personally come out to meet with you and go over the project. Marc is more than professional, he’s the big brother you go to for honest expert answers. Must use this company if you ever need restoration at your home or business. Truly the best people I have ever dealt with! Informative, on time and on point! Our family is so beyond grateful for Marc!!! I’m convinced Marc is one of the kindest human beings on the planet. He has been extremely helpful these last several months as our family has been dealing with such a difficult toxic mold situation. Our management unfortunately didn’t hire Servpro to remediate the mold in our unit but that didn’t stop Marc from still going out of his way to help me find solutions to our problems, give me referrals to mold testing companies, showed much care/empathy which lacked significantly from our management and even checked in several times to see if our family was okay. I’m honestly still blown away by his genuine customer service when I wasn’t even a customer for a full month. He was so quick to respond to all of my calls/texts/questions and never rushed me off the phone. Once our management finally remediated our mold, they told us they weren’t going to clean our personal belongings so we ended up being able to do business with Marc which I honestly was happy about knowing that was going to at least get taken care of properly and I really wanted to give him our business after how much he helped us prior to becoming a customer! His team deep cleaned all of our personal belongings and every nook and cranny in our house, it felt so refreshing when we finally returned home. Our kids were over the moon excited to be reunited with all of their toys and back in their space again. I can’t recommend Marc/Servpro enough! I’ll definitely be telling all of my family and friends to contact him if they’re ever dealing with any of the services they provide. Thank you guys again!!!

Had a great experience with Marc and SERVPRO. We had sewer water leaking down to our kitchen and this required a thorough cleaning and drying process. Marc was friendly and professional throughout and was happy to answer all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the service provided, a felt assured that the damaged areas were fully disinfected and dried out to prevent mold growth. An easy recommendation on my part.
