This company is absolutely terrible. It has been three months and we are still waiting for our master bathroom to be repaired. Chad has been a horrible project manager. The subcontractor never shows up and we get the runaround. We do not receive return phone calls or texts. We were promised it would be completed in about 10 days and this whole process was started in June. We are at our wits end with them. The third picture is the whole in the floor that you can see our basement through. Fortunately, no one has fallen through, yet.

This review is for the contents dept which moved my belongs out and in. Brenda, Austin, and Patrick were so awesome. From the care of my furniture to the helpful hints that Brenda gave me (she is lovely) it was a wonderful experience. Austin was so conscientious and careful with my belongings and Patrick was very responsive when I had questions, always returning my calls promptly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this group!! This review is for the management of my entire project and the work itself. The quality of the work done was perfect. If there was an issue it was fixed immediately. Ed Pizzaro was my project manager and he responded to any concerns I had promptly. All workers who worked on my house, flooring, painting, sanding, etc were very courteous and hard workers. We had a few delays in getting my furniture moved back in but everything was done professionally and with care. Thank you Paul Davis Restoration!

This review is for the Mold Remediation Dept. Nathan made several visits to our home . Each visit, he was kind, professional and patient with my many questions and helped us to be at ease with what was going on. He didn’t leave a mess and he made us feel like he cared for us as customers and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Nathan to anyone needing assistance with mold! I can’t wait to see how the rest of this job goes. The rest of the repair team were very pleasant and did a fine job. They cleaned up after themselves and restored our room to near perfect condition. Ed was very kind and easy to work with. His team was on time and stayed at it until the job was complete.

*This review is for water remediation services only* We had a pipe burst in our kitchen last month, July 2025, and it damaged both the kitchen and the bedroom underneath it. Our insurance recommended we use Paul Davis for water remediation, Tatum, Nathan and their teams did an excellent job! Tatum was our first point of contact and did the initial walk-throughs, photographs, etc., and then Nathan and his crew came in and did the actual ripping stuff up and the dry out process. Both guys were very communicative and responsive as well as knowledgeable and helpful. Our insurance wants us to use Paul Davis to quote the repairs and, even though we are going to use a different contractor, Austin has been great in helping us deal with our insurance to get an approved estimate for repairs.

Paul Davis’s team, Tatum and his partner were a dream team. They explained every part of the mitigation process and answered all our questions. They made certain that everything was dry before removing the equipment and took extra precaution for mold.

Jason Webb and Brenda Shaw have been brilliant to deal with at every step of our journey with them. Our house burned down in Franklin, and Jason was one of the first people that came to the house. His mannerisms, approach, understanding and communication has been 10/10. Brenda has inventoried the belongings which were not destroyed, and is cleaning the few items which are recoverable. We are very happy they have been working with us during this time. Brenda has arrived with 2 different teams to the house, and they have all been great. Thank you for everything.

We had the best experience with Brenda Shaw and her outstanding crew! She left no stone unturned. They went above and beyond and were so kind. She inspected each piece of furniture to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend them!!
