I experienced a very traumatic sewage flood in my basement. 24/7 flood and fire responded immediately. Chase, the assigned project manager was very kind, courteous, informative, and effective in extracting everything in my basement. If you or anyone you know experiences, any flooding, fires, or mold type of damage I would highly suggest calling this company to come and take care of you. As a woman having a contracted company in my own home: My dog ran out of my gate four times since he was here because he is an escape artist and Chase ran down the street and carried him back all times. He let me know when Pig ran into the basement (Pig loved Chase and decided it was fun to run through sewage to see him at any time possible if I took my eye off of him) and Chase brought him upstairs and let me know he might need a bath. Chase was very kind and also let me know ahead of time when he would show up and was very genuine. I felt comfortable leaving my door unlocked for him to use when I was tired and it was late (because it's winter and dark), because he made me feel safe. That is not normally something I allow or feel comfortable taking a nap during. His company should give him a raise and if you're a woman looking for a good person to take care of stuff and not to have to be on edge about someone you don't know in your home and need someone actually trustworthy, Chase is the guy. Thank you for all of your help. You did a great job and I really appreciate how safe you made me feel in my own home and my dog would probably move in with you if you hadn't brought him back. Pono and Johnny helped tear out my carpet downstairs, tried very hard to make it as convenient for me as possible, didn't stop working even though it's physical labor and were very sweet. You should definitely hire them.

Company showed up as soon as possible to begin assessing the situation. Very professional and polite. The lead and the workers were very knowledgeable and respectful of my house. Would recommend to anyone!

I received great service from 24/7 Flood & Fire. If you have water mitigation needs at home you want to consider them too. My place had a supply water issue at the third floor in the middle of the night. Once we found it, we called up 24/7 Flood & Fire right away and they responded very quickly. Before dawn, a technician was already here to start assessing the damage and discussing the mitigation plan with me. The technician, Remington, is very professional and polite. He made sure that I know what issues I am facing - where is damaged and what he would do to fix them. Other than that, he made sure he explained to me how insurance would work in this case - what measurement, photos he needed to take to provide to insurance and how the insurance company's adjusters would follow up next. During the whole water mitigation process, Remington kept close contact with me and updated me with the latest everyday. He also contacted my insurance adjuster in time to keep smooth communication among three parties. The whole mitigation project finished in 8 days of time.

These guys were awesome. We had a hole in our galvanized plumbing that created a sewage mess under the house, and got a bunch of quotes to clean up after the fix. Not only were 24/7 the most reasonably priced by far, their communication and punctuality were on point. Best of all, the crew of two (Eric and Rex) were super friendly and fun to talk to, and they did a perfect job with cleanup and barrier replacement. A++++, 10/10.

I had a sewage leak. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed with this whole situation. They came in Remington was my technician and really walked me through it all. Showed me pics of the before and after. The communication with this company is amazing. They create a thread with your technician and others and you’re included in every step. Pricing honestly idk if it was expensive or not but I thought it was fair for what was done. Oh yeah they came out cleaned it left temp plastic and after the plumber did their part they came back out and cleaned any remaining mess that was made and completed the job the. I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I called late in the evening and Will came out immediately. He assessed the situation and immediately set up equipment. He also hooked me up with the restoration department. I like knowing my claim will be handled by one contractor from start to finish. Will's professionalism gave me confidence that I made the right call. Without hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone.

I could not recommend using 24/7 Flood & Fire enough! We were referred to them by our plumbers and it was the best recommendation we could have gotten. We're working with John and he is nothing short of amazing. He has 17 years of experience, incredibly professional and tells you exactly how it is while patiently walking you through the process which made us trust him leading our project. This is our first time dealing with any sort significant water damage in our home and John has made our experience managing the aftermath so much easier than we expected. If you get a chance to work with John, you are in very good hands.
