Very satisfied so far. Brittany the office manager was great at answering all my questions. She made a very stressful situation a little calmer. Luanne, Robert , Arturo, Eduardo, Scooby, and Milton were in the pack out crew. Very happy with how they packed it out . They even put stuff they thought we needed in a room not damaged . Sam & Dillan were on the demo crew . They work fast and efficiently.

Today, I had the pleasure of having Veronica, Darren and Eduardo come to my home. I say "pleasure" because they are such nice and caring people. A year ago, when I had a flood in my home, Darren and Eduardo were part of the team that came out to pack and move things out of my home. Here we are, a year later, and I needed SerPro's help moving some things. Veronica called and sent me a text letting me know when they would arrive. I was pleased to see these 3 smiling faces when I opened the door. They moved and reassembled some furniture in less than an hour! They were very careful with my belongings. I so appreciated their TLC. I'll have to come up with another reason to have them come out again. A big thank you to Veronica, Darren and Eduardo! Tammi Black

Luanne, Robert, Milton, Darren , Trenesse. This group did an amazing job of packing up my house! They were very careful with my things, and confirmed with me about where to move and store them. They were on time and finished in a little over 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a careful, great job!!!

I would never work with these people again. Servpro was awful I had a flood at my house. The came and tore out half of the tile flooring that did not need to be replaced . I replaced it because they tore it up partially. Yes the only pulled up some of the tile. I was forced to have to remove the rest. Then they came to pack out my stuff and take it to storage . And well the took a handful of boxes to storage and left 80% of the boxes writing not transferable on the boxes. They took two dressers and one end table to storage left my living room full of my bed and the non transferable boxes a lot of boxes. So the dust covered everything when the floor that did not need replacing got replaced. Then they charged me $ 2600.00 to pack up and store the little bit of stuff they did take. Now the project is over and they want to charge me another 1000.00 to bring my two end tables and two dressers back. After they partially removed the tile flooring I never heard from them again. I would have thought they would send me a bid to replace it with new. I called and asked a half dozen times and never got back to me with a bid to replace. These people were a total rip off. I would never call them for anything again

Luanne, Robert,Milton,Darren and Eduardo Were the best of any crew, on time, friendly ,worked hard and left the place immaculate.I would recommend them highly to anybody. Great Team

Your people are awesome. Abe and his crew, Manuel, David and Cody were wonderful in every respect. A water pipe leak wiped out half of my house flooring but they were quick to bring in their equipment, fans and dehumidifiers to dry out everything. They were professional, answered my questions, assured me of good results, thorough in examining the wet areas and making sure they found all the water damages places. They were careful and conscientious, friendly and made me confident that they would do their best work. All gold stars!! Best workers ever.
