BELFOR Property Restoration

Their water damage and mold mitigation was very professional and timely. They checked on us repeatedly and serviced their dryer weekly until we could get our busted water heater (the source of the damage) replaced. The removed only as much material as necessary and placed plastic to seal the open spaces from rodents and other critters. Their professionalism is unprecedented and their willingness to answer any and all questions is a HUGE point in their favor for me. The only reason they don't get 5 stars (and I will change this if I'm wrong) is because after the damage removal getting a hold of their repair team was next to impossible. I understand that there is a massive demand for contractors right now, but to me it felt like a "job-half-done" situation. They may be different departments or they only use sub-contractors for the rebuild part of a job, but in the end I got tired of waiting (1 month with zero contact) and just finished the job myself. Granted it was a small job, but I was upfront about if they took the small repair job for the water heater I would also include a complete floor remodel for the rest of my house. Didn't seem to sweeten the pot at all for them. TLDR; they are a wonderfully professional company and are easily the most prompt and courteous damage response I have ever dealt with. They just seem to lack follow through for the rebuild and repair (the part where walls are put back in place). If you can get them it's well worth it, just have a different contractor lined up for the last half.

Belfor was a fabulous help with my small business renovation. The manager was professional and responsive. The crew members who completed the job were timely and reliable. I am so grateful to find an honest, prolific construction company and will use them with any future business needs, restoration or otherwise.

We highly recommend Belfor, and would not hesitate to work with them again. More specifically, Matt Scott is fantastic. He has amazing attention to detail and boundless energy and enthusiasm. (Once you know him, you’ll realize this is such an understatement!) Our project was completed in about a third of the time I thought it would take, and the quality of the work was excellent.

We recently experienced water damage in our home from a leaking shower upstairs. Our homeowner’s insurance company initially assigned our case to another well-known national restoration company. After much frustration with the company, we asked that they switch us to Belfor. They immediately responded and were on-site within 24 hours. The three-person team that was assigned to do the work in our home was professional, personable and answered any and all of our questions. The work they did was done with precision and minimally disruptive to our family. They went above and beyond and left their work areas cleaner than it was before. We cannot recommend too highly. We would use them again in a heartbeat. We were told that they are under new leadership and that may help explain previous negative reviews. The best!

Everything about this company is exceptional. Their customer service and work ethic is everything a business should be. They are helpful, honest, and are committed to doing what’s best for the customer. I used them for cleanup for water intrusion in my finished basement. Because of them a very terrible situation was made manageable. Hope to not ever need their services again..but if I do, they will be the only company I call

Having a home repaired is never a walk in the park. It's a bumpy ride really no matter which road you take. But I can say that through the process Jacob has been excellent to work with. He responds lightning fast to my texts and answers when I call. He has been quick to find answers and even when there were problems he promptly provided solutions. I highly recommend A++

If you want someone to ignore you and still not finish putting stuff together in your house after 5 months, not returning calls and emails, damaging property the this is definitely the company you should use! From water mitigation to repairs this company received almost $80,000 dollars and can't finish work or attempt to make up for the damages and screwups caused by them. Biggest mistake of my life trusting this company with our home repairs!!!
