We had the best experience with this company! They have one of the best customer services and went above and beyond with their work remediating the mold in our home and with the encapsulation of our crawlspace. Pricing was fair and our air has never felt cleaner. Thank you guys for all your work!

We had a leaking shower drain which caused major mold issues in our old house's crawlspace, including the "dreaded" black mold. Lee and his team helped us safely remove the mold and prevent its return. We really enjoyed working with Lee — he's a very nice man in general, and we appreciated his non-alarmist and realistic approach. We never felt like he was fear mongering or trying to sell us something. We (and my wife's asthma) are thankful for his services!

I highly recommend Mold & Mildew Solutions. My A/C unit leaked and unfortunately the water spread into 3 adjoining rooms. I was away from home and by the time I found the problem, mold had already developed. From the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Wayne's knowledge & experience was evident as he explained exactly what was needed to remedy the situation. He also shared suggestions & advice to help me navigate other parts of the process that were outside the scope of the work they would be performing. Jay & Jeremy were incredibly efficient, completing the work quickly, and in miserable August heat, no less. Jay also shared lots of helpful advice including EXACTLY where I could purchase matching laminate flooring to replace what they had removed & discarded. They all went above & beyond what was required. It was clear they weren't just here to complete their work. They made me feel like they were here to help me through this difficult ordeal.
