I had a leak in my wall so I called my Farmers Insurance, which got me in touch with Paul Davis, they were so efficient and helpful in getting everything put back together. I totally appreciate Everyone that was involved they’re definitely a five star company.

We were fortunate enough to have Dave Beus as our Project Manager (Paul Davis Restoration)— after significant damage was done to a family owned apartment building, from the impact a run away vehicle (two times in four months)! Dave was very professional, proactive, honest, and helpful. He dealt with the business insurance to get the money needed for repairs. Dave was a great communicator! We will use Paul Davis Construction again, if we ever need to!

When a flood turned my home into a water park (uninvited, of course), this restoration team showed up like total pros and absolutely saved the day. They brought in fans like an industrial windstorm—thoroughly drying every inch with precision and speed. Bonus: my dogs thought they were in a spa with all the wind blowing through their fur! From the start, they’ve been incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and completely on top of everything—from preventing mold to handling communication with insurance (which was a huge relief). Every question I had was answered right away, and their professionalism gave me real peace of mind in a stressful situation. We’re still moving through the full restoration process, but if the drying phase is any indication, I know I’m in the best hands. Can’t recommend them enough! PS all their employees were extremely polite, respectful, compassionate of the situation. License and insured. Can’t recommend them enough.

When someone else's huge tree fell onto our house, crushing one of our rooms 10 feet from where we were sitting, it almost ruined our lives. But the Paul Davis company was a bright, shining light that helped get our world back to normal! Awesome employees, great work, always on time, and amazing communication! They worked hand in hand brilliantly with our insurance company. Brady, Nick, Jake, Tina, Zach, Isaiah and the rest, you are all rock stars! Thank you SO much from me and my wife in Roy! Our master bathroom drain began leaking and we needed a fix right away! Our first plumber ghosted us and Brady was QUICK to recommend us plumbers! Once the drain was fixed, Nick came in to patch the hole in our ceiling and did a WONDERFUL, incredible job. Looks EXACTLY like before, like the leak didn’t even happen!!! Such wonderful people who are adamant about doing honest, good work in quick time. We’re so grateful!!

I recently bought a home and I had water damage in my laundry room. I had a plumber come and look at it, He was sent from my home warranty people. He also had Paul Davis come to do the clean up. It was about an hour and a half work. its a small laundry room 5ft by 5ft. I asked the guy how much it would be since my insurance wouldn't cover it because i just bought the house and there is a 3 month waiting period. He said that if they need to take down walls and do more damage control I would be looking at less then 2k. Which seemed steep but taking down walls made sense. Lucky it didn't have to go there the damage was small and the fans dryad everything so there was no damage. Only labor was them taking off the floor and baseboards which like I said took like and hour and a half including setting up the fans. When I got the bill it was 1,700? which is crazy to me for the work they did. I've been calling and asking for someone to call me to go over an itemized bill to see if maybe it was a mistake. I've been asking for weeks and no one can call me or tell me what I'm being billed for. Suggestions? I just feel sketched out that they can't call me to go over what they're charging me!

The ceiling fell down in my 90 year old mother's room Labor Day weekend because of our leaky swamp cooler. Our insurance company recommended Paul Davis Restoration and I'm glad they did. Jake came and assessed the damages, explained mitigation process and his crew got to work quickly after insurance company gave the go ahead. We're still in the process of reconstruction but so far very pleased with the way things are progressing.
