Jaxson, Calder, and Jay were very knowledgeable, transparent, communicative, and friendly. They did a great job and made the process seamless. Brad was also awesome to work with. He was very honest and fair about the price. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of mold removal. The only drawback is the lack of being able to pay online but from what I understand they are going to provide the option in the near future. Having said that, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. They were absolutely worth hiring!
Amazing service from Service Master, specially RJ, Calder and Jaxon! They responded quickly to our home flooding emergency, arriving within hours. The team was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate; working tirelessly to cut drywall and our flooring.They explained every step and kept us updated with everything they were doing at all times . Highly recommend!
SERVICE MASTERS responded quickly to get me on their schedule within a day!!! When they got here, they explained EVERYTHING they would be doing and answered all my questions. We had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster, during a very stressful time. We came home to a water leak and ServiceMaster dried the area and removed the moldy and damaged walls, celling and tile. They were very nice and professional. Jaxon took the time to explain every step of the process.
