The FLOOD co. Has been fabulous to work with! They have been so efficient. We had awful long flowing water damage and some mold. They cut everything out and left air scrubbers to keep us safe. I was shocked at how clean they left everything too! Very impressed with their employees. We are all set for the next phase of putting things back together!

The consultation with Memo from the Flood Co. was excellent. He arrived right on time and was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly assessed our water damage and took the time to explain the full restoration process and what to expect with our insurance claim. He was knowledgeable and made us feel confident that we're in good hands. Highly recommend!

I discovered water in my basement after heavy rainfall and called The Flood Co. They responded quickly and came out the same day to assess and provide an estimate. The next morning, Memo and his crew showed up and took care off everything: removed remaining water, cleaned up the mess, carefully removed damaged woodwork and drywall and set up drying and dehumidifying equipment. They left my home in great shape. Communication and expectations were clear throughout the process and the work was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

We had an urgent leak and mold situation, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Memo! He was incredibly helpful and showed amazing dedication by coming out late on a Friday evening to assess the problem. He gave us a thorough assessment, clearly explained the next steps, and patiently answered all of our questions. We felt informed and relieved knowing what the remediation plan was. If you have any water damage needs we highly recommend The Flood Co. Before any work began, every detail about what was needed to be done was explained thoroughly. They addressed all our concerns, and offered suggestions kindly. They weren't pushy, just so very helpful. They responded quickly and were ready to begin working as soon as we were. The job they did was phenomenal, taking care also that our home was safe from mold. We hope never to have water problems again.... But we would definitely call The Flood Co. If we did. Amazing service and response! We contacted The Flood Company after 10pm via text. They responded immediately. Memo and Issac showed up with their van and equipment quickly.
