911 Restoration of Chattanooga

My daughter had them do a kitchen redo because she found mold. They demolished and cleaned mold and disappeared for months before she heard from them. They gave her the run around not coming back to work on it. 5 months later they made it back to do some work and still did not finish. So 6 months later she finally has a kitchen and had to do her own counter tops and sink hook ups. I don't recommend them to anyone. Chose some other company!

No one ever expects to have the hardship of their home burning. Facing all of the hardships that go along with that experience, imagine then, receiving a notice that a company is placing a lien on your property because State Farm has not paid them in a timely manner. Mitigation is not the responsibility of the homeowner but the insurance company. So be prepared that if your insurance does not pay them timely they will file a lien against your damaged property. While trying to navigate paying all of the other bills that I'm paying because, I too and waiting on State Farm, I had to stop and make a payment to this company in order ro preserve my credit and my home.

Professional service from start to finish. I was surprised to find that I had mold in my basement. Pat and his team came out to assess everything and walked me through the process. I’m very pleased with the outcome and I will definitely recommend 911 Restoration to anyone needing mold treatment in the future. Keep up the awesome work.

I called 911 Restoration because I didn't realize water damage wasn't just a little water on the floor. Little did I know, it was actually under my half bathroom floor tile, my hallway floor tile, my other bathroom floor tile, and had begun to saturate my bedroom carpet and padding. I wasn't aware how bad the damage was until three days later when my carpet was suddenly damp and stinky. After a day of pulling up the damp carpet, attempting to dry and clean it, I realized it was much worse than I had thought, and called 911 Restoration at around nine at night, thinking they would come the next day. Nope! Pat and his team zoomed right over, took moisture readings, and set up dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. He set my expectations with the insurance process, his process, and how long it might take, which is the most important aspect of any contracting and insurance claim. I was never in the dark as to what I should do. He has an entire team who each has dedicated jobs to handle different parts of their process, who communicate with EACH OTHER, so everyone knows what is going on. They take the initiative to contact, update, and advise. We are about to begin the rebuild, and I have all faith that the repairs will be as good and better than what they are replacing. I will actually continue to call them whenever I need something done that I can't do myself!

I have worked with 911 Restoration for a year now professionally and they have always been a great company to work with when I needed them. Great response time and they always have our best interest in mind! But recently I have personally seen how their company works hard for their customers to get their homes reconstructed back to a living state and I wouldn’t recommend any other company to do this job! They go above and beyond to make sure their homeowners concerns are being heard and that the work is being completed to their satisfaction within all building standards. They have a great crew on the mitigation side of the company as well as the reconstruction side and you are in the best hands with 911 Restoration!! Pat is amazingly. I can't say enough good things about him. Professional, FAST responses, personally takes care of his customers, just...all around amazing. He will help you out, no matter the job size and makes you feel well taken care of. He's also an absolute joy to talk to. Cool dude! Highly highly recommend. I pray I never need another job done like this but if I do, I'm calling these guys!
