I utilized SERVPRO of Wheaton/Glen Ellyn when I had a supply line to my upstairs toilet bust while I was out of town. Water went through two floors of my home down to my basement - extensive damage. Servpro, Kayt Watts, and the owner Grant responded IMMEDIATELY. I called them at 9:30pm Memorial Day weekend & they were at my house within 1 hour. Most importantly, they worked diligently to mitigate all the damage. What was also extremely helpful was their expertise with working through my insurance. Whether it be their damage mitigation team, or their personal items team (who packed out all of our personal items), they were always professional & timely. I can’t thank them enough for their work.

I am writing this on behalf of my boss, Irene P., who had her air ducts cleaned in her condo in the city. Flavio and team at SERVPRO did an amazing job! Their prices are reasonable, they are knowledgeable and attentive to the project. It took two days for the team to complete the project. They come equipped with the right equipment. Even though the manager, Flavio, was on holiday, he came to the condo anyway to get everything set up and I can't recommend Flavio and the Wheaton location enough for their time and effort! There are a number of SERVPRO franchises but the Wheaton location offers everything be it house or high rise. They were very careful to put down proper protection and then when they were done, the condo was immaculate. Flavio and team, thank you so much for you time and effort in cleaning my air ducts so well!

I am extremely satisfied with the service Servpro from Wheaton & Glen Ellyn provided. I had major water damage thru out my house, first and 2nd level. The response was prompt and the service was excellent. The crew Ricardo jr. Ricardo and Juan were polite, professional, and courteous, explaining the process and completing the job efficiently. Autumn Garibay is one of the best people I have ever met. Our condominium complex in Florida experienced catastrophic storm surge after Hurricane Helene. We live on Sand Key, a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico. During Hurricane Helene, the entire key was flooded under 4+ feet of storm surge water, sewage overflow, heavy rains and devastating hurricane force winds. Our security building, first floor lobby, maintenance room, cleaning supply area, and elevators were destroyed or badly damaged. Our pool, landscaping, fence and grounds were destroyed. Everything was a mess. We were left all alone. During our fourth day of no power, while all the residents were grilling out what was left of our food, Autumn showed up like an angel that fell from the sky who wanted to help us. She immediately did a drone analysis of our damage to give us an estimate. She worked with lightening speed efficiency and she was empathetic to what we had just experienced. She was kind, and professional, well-prepared and efficient. She assembled a team of professionals with extensive experience cleaning up after natural disasters. There is no monetary value on what it means to have someone take care of your property, offering you top notch service and helping you get your life back together after you have been through a true disaster. Autumn worked with our building’s insurance provider and property management team to make sure all 110 units owner’s needs would be met after this disaster. She was there for us when we did not know what to do or where to start our cleanup efforts. If something bad happens to your town; it will be Autumn that shows up first. You know you can trust her to get you the help you need to get your homes and businesses back to the way they were.

Service pro Gold Coast/Lincoln park were one of several remediation companies recommended to me by my insurance. We had a braided hose spring a leak which caused water damage to our bathroom, brand new wood floors, bedroom closet downstairs and to the bathroom of unit below us. Kevin was quick to respond, provided exceptional service and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The crew which installed the fans and dehumidifiers were great. Service pro was able to work directly with my insurance for payment and we’re able to salvage our brand new wood floors. I am very satisfied with my experience as there are multiple remediation companies to choose from. I always read reviews and decided to pull the trigger with service pro and I’m glad I did.

We came into an emergency situation where we called upon SERVPRO for the restoration services. I called and spoke to Jessica, a project coordinator who was empathic to our needs and was prompt to follow up our phone conversation with an email detailing all of our requested services. The email detailed information as to who our project manager was as well as having the inspection scheduled less than 24/HRS of our initial call. Kevin our project manager came to our location and was very thorough with the inspection and provided me a detailed scope of the project that was to be completed the next day. Kevin was a gem! He even called when there was more to the job that listed on the scope and explained to me each step of the restoration process. Needless to say, from our initial emergency to complete clean up and restoration it has been a seamless process. Recently, there was a broken water pipe in a condo on the ninth floor of our building in Chicago. The resulting water damage was horrendous. ServPro cam immediately. We cannot begin to tell you how terrific all the men were. They came when they said they would come; they answered all my questions (even my foolish ones as we had never had a flood previously)e. The workers were all just outstanding!! We had de-humidifiers for two weeks The dining room wooden floor was pulled up. Now we learn that the kitchen and hallways floors will have to come up, as well, and possibly more. Through all of this, you men were top-notch! We cannot praise them enough.
