I was 7 months pregnant at the time when my ceiling had some water damage in my living space. I couldnt understand why it was bubbling so much. Rita was quick to send Carlos out to my home the same week. He set up a small containment to keep the debris away from me. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. He even checked the attic to see if my AC was leaking, then told me that I had termite history. He determined that I most likely needed a new roof & that the damage could happen again if the root cause isn't addressed properly. Sure enough, that was my problem. I had an old roof and got that replaced by another great company they recommended. Amazing team work. Would recommend and use again!

A leak in our attic caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse. Rita and her associates at Baycraft were right on things--they not only repaired our ceiling but also did updates to our kitchen, giving it a fresh new look and making it better than ever. Thank you to Rita and team for their work after hurricane Idalia last week. We called on Wednesday morning, had fans and dehumidifiers installed on Saturday, drywall removal on Saturday, then more drywall removal and floor removal on Monday. Very prompt response, hard-working team and all over Labor Day holiday weekend.

Talk about the dream team! These wonderful people took excellent care of our home and our psyches as we dealt with what turned out to be an extensive waste arm leak. Our home was built in 1963; the kitchen cabinets are the original hardwood (custom sized), the walls are plaster and the exterior is stucco over concrete block. We had continuous bamboo hardwood flooring throughout the house - including in the kitchen. Ultimately we had to replace that section of flooring with tile and rebuild the interiors of the damaged cabinets, but the mutual goal was to maintain the safety and design integrity of our home. They did everything on a 5-star scale, accommodating our tricky scheduling and living needs and helping us make the necessary decisions without rushing us.

A couple of years ago we discovered our home had flooded while we were on a cruise.The Baycraft team did a very good job restoring our home and helping us navigate the insurance settlement. Along the way we met several families who had less than satisfactory outcomes with companies who subcontracted much of the work. I would use the services of this company again.
