United Water Restoration Group of Pinellas County

I had a really good experience with United Water Restoration. I had a tremendous amount of mold in my kitchen as a result of Hurricane Milton. Luis helped me figure out what needed done and he sent a top crew over to do the work. Royce and Joey got the job done quickly and efficiently. They did everything from start to finish. They were so very good at handling this stuff. I highly recommend these guys when you need mold remediation. Here are some pics --- just a couple... They got rid of all this stuff!

The upstairs neighbor's sewer pipe cracked, leaked for months into my closet ceiling, mold heavy, water damage heavier. Found the leak because my closet ceiling caved in... mold and plaster everywhere. Louise came out and used thermal imaging and showed me the wet vs the dry.... once the landlord approved the cost (which is one way to be sure they were NOT overpriced because my landlord is CHEAP) Doug was sent to get a sample of the plaster walls and he was great! The next day, Doug, Joe and Royce came and spent the day with me. The three of them have obviously worked together for some time and they were great. During an extremely stressful time they had me laughing as they were carrying soggy nasty material out of my house trip by trip. Their good natures made a terrible day the best it could be and they definitely made me feel like the only person that mattered in their world at that moment, not like their next job was more important. They took care to be neat and tidy and respectfully quiet when it was obvious I was working. The property management company that manages my apartment is great at finding the bottom of the barrel workers to 'fix' things in my apartment but they actually were ON POINT with choosing United Water. If there's ever an unfortunate event in which I am in need of work like this again, there is zero doubt about who will be called. Doug went the extra mile over the next week to check on the machines they'd left running and the plastic that was placed over the now plaster-less wall spaces. Great group of people you have there United, treat them well so they don't leave you one day. Whatever happens that you may need this service (and we know it's NEVER good things) you can know that the people coming to help are amazing humans that will make the bad be a little better!

Field Supervisor Doug is the best! He explained all of the procedures for the water restoration concisely as well as answered all of my questions in detail. I so appreciated his patience and kindness. When my insurance company approved the claim, Doug and Operation Manager Luis were here the next morning to remove the water damaged cabinets and flooring. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company, especially Doug and Luis

Doug and Luis are top notch! They’re very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to help with my leaking pipe and its aftermath. I feel like they’re old friends. Certainly wouldn’t hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

Doug and Luis were great to work with in dealing with something so stressful. They were kind and super thorough throughout the entire process. They came out same day to give a quote and were responsive anytime we needed anything. The team has a lot of experience and did a great job remediating our water damage. Also, fair pricing compared to other companies we had looked into. Highly recommend!

Douglas Littlejohn was very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for his supervisor or the owner of United Water Restoration. It was as if Luis and the owner had no clue what was going on. He would say that he had just gotten off the phone with my adjuster and would tell me that the adjuster had said something. I would immediately contact my adjuster and he would laugh because Luis was telling me stories that were not true. I would definitely recommend Douglas. However I would not recommend United Water Restoration.
