Lakeside Restoration just completed a remodel job of our bathroom, and dining room. We were extremely satisfied with the services provided, from start to finish. Nick, the owner and operator, met me at my house the day after I called him requesting a quote for the job. He provided me with a detailed quote with line by line prices of each and every service, along with detailed drawings and measurements. Not only did I know exactly where each and every dollar of my money was going, but we didn't spend a cent over our original quoted price. This no gimmick approach was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for contractors. The job was completed on time, and exactly to our satisfaction. Anytime I had a question or concern, Nick and his crew were available and willing to provide any fix or answer they could. The Lakeside Restoration crews were friendly, and cleanly. At the end of every day, any mess that was made during operations was cleaned before crews left my house. After going through this process, I honestly wouldn't think of using anyone other than Lakeside for any other job going forward. (P.S. As you're looking through the photos of our job, you may see doors, baseboards, or molding wasn't painted yet. Painting was one thing that we chose do ourselves and hadn't fully completed at the time of the photos!)

Honest, knowledgeable, and professional are the first words that come to my mind. Our experience was a 10 and 5 stars.

Our tub/shower was leaking and we had water damage to the wood structure in the walls. Lakeside Restoration came out and very efficiently removed the old tub and shower enclosure, then preceded to rebuild and water-proof the entire area so we will never have a mold problem in the future. The resulting luxurious walk-in shower is an absolute delight. I would highly recommend Lakeside Restoration for any restoration project you have.

Nick and his team were incredibly professional and personable throughout the process of our mold remediation. After we had a shower pan failure when I was nine months pregnant, it was a very stressful situation. Nick took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident with our decision to hire them. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and thoroughly. Truly grateful for Lakeside!

We both work in the floor sales industry so we have interaction with many companies. Choosing the right company for our project was paramount. We selected Lakeside Restoration from their reputation with us and the confidence the they would do a great job. Beginning with the estimate, Nick was punctual and provided the estimate timely and with full explanation of what needed to be done and why. From the day work began, Ryan, Larry, and the other workers were prompt, efficient in their use of time, and dedicated to doing a great job. We were amazed at the speed they worked to get the job done. The original timeline was 7 to 9 days however their skill lessened the time to just over 6. The job involved removing old tile and mortar, then installing water resistant lunate. Dust was a major concern but the team mitigated that issue from the beginning. Our furniture which was removed and returned was handled with care. The new floor was installed, all trim update and painted, and our home looks terrific. Not only does our home look incredible, but they came in under budget and ahead of time. We had contact throughout the process for any questions or concerns we had. We HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Restoration to our friends and if you are looking for a company with integrity, honesty, courtesy, this one is for you. Nick and his crew are the greatest: responsive, honest, hard working and very easy to work with. We actually enjoyed having them in our house! Our project involved a lot of detective work to find the source of a leak, and Nick stayed on it until we found all of the causes for our problem. Then they fixed them and restored our powder room - explaining the options and their recommendations every step of the way. They even cleaned everything up at the end: the entire room and the adjoining office. We are happy to have our house back - no more rotting wood or mold - and a bathroom that is better than ever.
