I used Blusky to work on my grandfathers house in the Colo Springs area. Jason Pace, project manager, was top notch to work with. Knowing I didn't live in the area he went the extra mile to let me know when workers would be at the home. Additionally, he provided photos and updates through out the process. The first job was due to a basement flood and he took care of the whole insurance claim documentation. I was impressed with how expedient Blusky was to respond to the emergency and repairs. The entire team was beyond professional to work with! The pricing was fair and the job was through. I was so impressed I called them back to complete more work. My grandfather had his home listed for sale and Jason really helped me out the second job clearing some home inspection issues quickly. I first used BluSky in 2021 when we had a top floor apartment flood, which in turn flooded all units below this one. Tony Hovis was extremely responsive and had a crew on site within roughly 15 minutes. The work completed was great and needed very minimal effort on mine, or my teams part at all. We have since used them on several other projects around my community and they will be my first call if anything else comes up. I have enjoyed working with Tony and Cycely both - they are both AMAZING to work with and genuinely good people.

To the subs out there, make sure you have the sub agreement before you start any jobs. I lost a lot of money. The short of it is a forced consolidation with another sub that scooted.
