Your team is so unprofessional and a bunch of slops. This truck and trailer team had the never to flip me off at the dump for no apparent reason and proceeded to do it over and over.

09/09 around 12:30 . I was waiting on my vehicle to get cleaned and LP WMK6334 yelled at the employees because they were guiding him to his spot and he was on the phone . Don’t do business with them if that’s how they treat workers .

I have nothing but great things to say about Cotton! Quick response time, effective and efficient service, and excellent customer care. Cotton is not only there for you when you need them, they intentionally foster great working relationships so that I feel like I am calling my resourceful friend whenever I reach out for help. As a commercial property manager, I cannot imagine a world without a Cotton representative on "speed dial."

Cotton has been a regular vendor in all of the Accesso properties in the Houston area and have a strong reputation for completing all projects on time & on budget. Luckily for us in the Dallas Market, we have not yet had any incidents requiring Cotton's services but it is nice to know that such a qualified vendor is merely a phone call away when and if needed........

I use Cotton for all my emergency needs in a commercial setting with 1k employees. Let me tell you, they always provide excellent service with an expedient response time! Their response time is everything and really mitigates a number of emotions when having an emergency on your hands. This company is hands down the best that I’ve worked with in the DFW area. The dozen or so team members I’ve worked with have always been professional from the way they dress, talk, act and simply explain things to me. They always bring a level of education to their work when reviewing the situations I’m experiencing which I appreciate a ton. That information goes a long way with me. Very poor communication. They will give you an estimate and then increase it. They will promise you to finish the job in one day and then keep changing the time frame, without communicating with you. Team are extremely lazy, to the point where they have to take 20 minutes brake, every hour while doing the most basic job. Definitely would not recommend this company, look for a better option.
