I’ve worked with Guarantee Restoration for about a year or so and as usual they do a fantastic job! Shout out to Tiler for always being professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He makes a stressful situation much easier with his calm and efficient approach. I highly recommend both the company and this amazing tech!

AMAZING COMPANY! We have a condo we rent out in Orange Beach. I received a call from our neighbors who told us they had a water leak that went against the joining wall between our condos. They already had Guarantee Restoration come out and inspect their property and being working but they wanted to know if we wanted them to check our condo as well. Long story short we had water damage too. Guarantee took care of everything. We live out the state and were not too sure how we would handle this but with these true professionals taking care of our condo I was able to relax while everything got fixed. I would especially like to thank Tiler for keeping me in the loop throughout the whole project. If one of my neighbors ever has a flood, I will tell them to call Guarantee Restoration.

Tyler and crew were so polite and careful. A pleasure to have in my house. Tyler was especially good at keeping me informed .
