My wife and I found United. Water Restoration Group of Mobile very helpful, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. In today’s world it is hard to find a company that checks all the boxes the way this company does. They are also very reasonable financially. And finally a shout out has to go to one of their employees, Austin. He was hard working, caring, and also knowledgeable in the removal of mold and mildew. He saved our vacation. Austin and Kirby were absolutely amazing to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! I called around 430 in the morning and had Austin at my house an hour later to save the day. I never in my life thought I would have water damage like that. My house is 2300 sq ft and had ankle deep of water, I was FREAKING OUT not knowing what to do! Kirby talked me through everything to attempt to calm me down! We communicated through the whole process. Austin came in and explained everything he needed to do! Waking up to a total nightmare to being able to be back in bed by 8am and everything back to normal was amazing! Thank you again for all your hard work! It does not go unnoticed!
