Priority Response and Restoration

I highly recommend this company. Originally I called another company first and they used pressure and scare tactics to attempt to get me to spend thousands of dollars on a service I didn’t even need. I wanted a second quote, so called Priority Response (Thankfully!!) Johnathan was great. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest and helpful service.

Arrived home after a wonderful vacation, opened my door to the house and saw what the torrential rains left me to deal with. I needed a PRIORITY RESTORATION! I was blown away by the quick response and personalized attention I received. Outstanding! I’ve never been so impressed with customer service. They turned a problem into a delightful experience. We had water in about a third of our new building from the roof that affected ceiling, walls and floors. These guys got there promptly that evening and got things drying quickly. They followed up with us to ensure there were not other issues from the moisture and we've had no problems since. Great service!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! This team of outstanding emergency response professionals were at my home within an hour of calling and started with their disaster response! They removed 300 gallons of water that had leaked from a busted pipe, removing all the debris as well. When they finally left the area was dried and cleaned and ready for renovations. Nathan and his entire team made my nightmare situation a little less stressful by their quick response and professional approach. Don’t call anyone else for your emergency needs. These guys are the best, hands down.

After finding a leaking roof we thought we were going to have mold problems and have to rip the walls out of our home. After a phone call they arrived at my home at 8pm and got my issues under control within a few days I can't recommend them enough great company and staff!

Priority response was very thorough and informative. He found the issue to the smell in my home. Submitted air quality tests and had me results the very next day. I 10/10 would recommend priority response.

Had a limb blow in and bust my window out during a storm. Room was soaked and had standing water. Call and they was at my house within the hour setting up, and doing what they do best!! Amazing work, and saved me from having to replace anything in my house other than the window. Professional work, and beyond happy with the job performed. Thanks guys!
