Mike, James and the BELFOR team were exceptional from beginning to end. When we met Mike, we knew that our home was in good hands. This team was incredibly responsive—always following up, answering our questions promptly, and keeping communication clear throughout the project. When we had emergency repairs, they acted quickly and professionally. James was a standout—he was patient during every interaction, never rushed us, and showed great follow-through. We can’t say enough good things about him. Larry also deserves a shoutout for the high-quality work that others noticed. Neighbors were impressed that someone from BELFOR was there working every single day. We appreciated the attention to detail in working on a historic home. They handled the full scope of the job with competence and care. Mike worked very well and seamlessly with our insurance company, which made a huge difference. From emergency response to construction and final finish work, the entire process was smooth, timely, and done with real integrity. By far the best experience we’ve ever had with a construction company.

BELFOR took care of our kitchen water damage issue. We had a pipe break underneath our sink which led to water running through the cabinets and down into the crawl space - needless to say, there was a decent amount of moisture and standing water that needed addressing. Deon G. and his team showed up and put us completely at ease. We were reassured that the situation wasn’t as dire as we were thinking and that we’d actually have our kitchen back as before within a few days. As promised, all the water issues were taken care of and our cabinets were repaired. And just as good, no surprises with the final invoice. I highly recommend!
