It took "a while", but the end result of RSI's restoration was WONDERFUL! Their estimator worked tirelessly - with constant oversight which provided us amazing results.

After a serious hail storm caused significant damage to our church and the priests' residence, we contracted with Restoration Services, Inc. (RSI) to make the necessary repairs. We are very pleased with all of the work which they did on both the church and the house. Brian Nutter worked with our insurance company's adjusters and the project went very smoothly. All of the gentleman who came to do the work (Brian Scott, Tony, Jordan, Derek, Daniel, etc.) were all competent, proficient and polite. We highly recommend Restoration Services, Inc. (RSI).

We had a huge water leak that ruined 80% of our main level and the entire basement, drywall, carpet, oak flooring, complete oak kitchen cabinets, insulation. It was a real disaster. Brian and his crew were there within hours of our phone call and started removing the water and drywall that very same day. RSI and/or their subcontractors (which were equally good) were there everyday until the job was completed. It was like having a brand new home again. We have since used them for a hail damaged roof and again for a wind damaged roof repair. I wouldn't use any other contractor for ANY REPAIR but Restoration Services. Top shelf company in every category!!

Would like to send out high praise to Chris Strother and all of his team. We had water damage in our basement and he & all of his teams were prompt, courteous, & thorough from the beginning to the very end. Chris was gracious & patient with all our questions. RSI is a company we will definitely call again, if needed in the future.

RSI did construction work on our home prior to purchase. We have had a hard time with one window in not being able to close it properly, and they have come out two times within 24 hours of contacting them to help us with it. Highly recommend RSI!

I can not say enough good things about Brian and the team at RSI. They helped me on the rebuild of my kitchen and basement after a bad dishwasher leak. Our family wholeheartedly trusted them to work on our home when we were away. Restoration Services Inc, specifically Chris, is a rare gem in the contractor world. I've had past experiences with projects that were rather difficult, took much longer than expected, and didn't have the correct installers to do the work. The experience with RSI was exceptional! I don't write reviews very often but this was worthy of a mention. I had a particularly challenging situation dealing with water mitigation with restoration on top of accepting a job out of state and having to move. Chris made the process seamless and always communicated timelines and changes if something came up. I ended up having to move out prior to him starting work and provided him with access to my home to finish everything. Family went over to look at everything after it was done and shared photos. He did a wonderful job and is very trustworthy. I left some coats behind in the rush of packing. He called to let me know and shipped them to my new location. From quality workmanship to excellent communications, I am lucky to have found RSI. When I have another project come up for my condo while it's rented, Chris will be my go-to!
