My insurer selected CRDN of Denver to inspect the contents of my home after a devastating flood. For two full days, I unpacked and laid out every item I own, while Brian of CRDN photographed them and threw them to the side for me to reorganize and repack. Brian didn’t record any serial numbers or product descriptions, only a single photograph and a single page handwritten notes for thousands of items. Brian said he would provide the deliverable in two weeks. After a month we had received nothing, and Brian/CRDN never returned emails or phone calls from my insurer. I’ve never in my life have I experienced such an extreme level of unprofessionalism. I had to repeat the entire process, but the new vendor actually unpacked and repacked the items themselves, brought multiple people, and followed some sort of system. It took much less time and effort on my end. Most importantly, the new vendor actually provided a deliverable. In short, do not use CRDN of Denver. They are unprofessional and unreliable.

Awful, non trust worthy company. We literally left piles of things that needed to be saved- and of course those items never came back. The way they wrapped one book up in paper… and return a whole box with one book- or an empty plastic rubber made container…. These were not precious family items they should have saved. They ruined my family’s memories and life after a fire destroyed the house. It’s disgusting. I have pictures and written notes… literally standing at the house while they brought things out- telling them this had to be saved- or two us now and we’ll take it…. And we never saw it again. They should be ashamed of themselves. Awful awful awful company. Don’t use them!!

CRDN entered a situation that was very complicated by previous people being in our house before they arrived to remove our belongings. Andrea, Brad and many others have worked extremely hard to rectify a situation in disarray. We have been helped with things lost on a very personal basis. We were allowed to visit the facility to discuss the aftermath and treated with professionalism and compassion. CRDN has fulfilled every one of our requests regarding our belongings and emotional needs. One of the most impressive parts of their business is the restoration of many sentimental items by a team of trained and experience workers who lend their talents to the restoration of your possessions.

We used CRDN of Denver for smoke damage restoration to our soft goods (e.g. clothing, rugs, curtains, stuffed animals, electronic devices) after the Marshall Fire. This company is a total scam. 1.) They say they can clean items that almost all restoration professionals would say are not cleanable, like stuffed animals, bean bags, etc. My guess is they do this because they get paid by insurance regardless of if the items is effectively cleaned. 2.)They don't respond to more than 50% of emails, effectively holding your items hostage. 3.) They have no proof that their 'cleaning' process effectively removes toxins from a fire. In fact, the laboratory they use is the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute International, not an accredited laboratory that has the capabilities, equipment, or certifications to run tests on ash/soot/char breakdown, heavy metals, dixons, etc. 4.) They will lose many of your items and return many items that aren't yours. We inherited a lovely new toaster oven, Bose headphones, hard drives, rugs, and other items that were not ours. 5.) All the 'soft good' items they supposedly cleaned did not pass industrial hygienist testing due to the presence of char. 6.) I found char inside my sealed rice cooker that they supposedly cleaned which made me think they never even opened it to clean it. 7.) Their invoicing practices are highly questionable. For example, they said it cost $17,000 to inventory our items, which as 40% of the total estimate to clean our items. Yet when I looked at the details invoice (that took over 3 months to get), the line items associated with inventorying our items came up to be around $4,000. CRDN was charging an additional $13,000 to inventory our items without any back up documentation. They said this was because they padded their prices and if we weren't going to clean our items with them, they had to recoup their losses. In the end, insurance paid them over $45,000 to 'clean our items' which were not effectively cleaned and needed to be discarded. It's a total scam.

We had a pipe burst this winter and had to replace flooring throughout our home. During this time, CRDN helped us pack and move all our belongings. Every single person we met on their staff was friendly, hardworking, and just made the entire process so much less stressful! They also have AMAZING customer service! When we noticed that several items got banged up in the shuffle, they were quick to step in and rectify the situation. Absolutely would recommend this company if you need items packed and/or moved!

Following a home fire earlier this year, we were connected with CRDN of Denver. We had never suffered any catastrophic events before and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. The day after the fire, we met with Andrea and soon after, Branca. They are so caring and easy to work with, helping us understand the process from start to finish. No pressure or scare tactics seen during events like this. They have helped us navigate unusual insurance circumstances and work directly with our agency. Communication has been thoughtful and timely during each phase and need. They worked around our schedule and have made last-minute adjustments to accommodate our ever-changing needs. Items go through stringent cleaning procedures and return in immaculate condition, looking pristine and new. So happy! Thank you Branca and Andrea! CRDN of Denver has been incredible and will be our first call should we ever need your services again. Charles and Sarah
