When our house caught fire, everything felt overwhelming—until Geoff Laubhan from Paul Davis arrived. He showed up while the fire was still being put out, and from the very beginning he was compassionate, respectful, and never once pushy. In the middle of one of the most traumatic moments of our lives, Geoff explained everything clearly and treated us with genuine consideration for our loss. What truly impressed me was how quickly and efficiently their entire team moved. Geoff came out on a Saturday, organized a full crew, and within 24 hours we had plumbing on site, windows being boarded up, asbestos testing scheduled, and multiple specialists coordinating the next steps. Paul Davis handled everything seamlessly and immediately began working directly with our insurance company, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. This experience could have felt unbearable, but their support has made it so much lighter. I’m incredibly grateful for Geoff and the entire Paul Davis team. Choosing them was absolutely the right decision, and I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a leak in the house our insurance called Pauld Davis and they called right away came in after hours and all. Everyone that has come thru the process has been great and responsive. The extraction crew Juan and Bethania were here did the work and they have sent them and others to check on the equipment. So far a great experience Thank You

Stony was my first impression and he was super friendly and professional did a great job showed up about 1-1/2 after hours after my initial call late on a Friday night! Had the work done by Monday by Derek and another gentleman(forget his name) and they were Aweosme as well I highly recommend Paul Davis and the crew they are awesome!

I want to thank Cody and his team for doing an excellent job cleaning and mitigating the aftermath of a water pipe break in our basement. Cody was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the steps to get everything cleaned up and was patient in answering all of our continuous questions. When we didn’t know where to start or what to do, Cody provided clear direction and the help we needed to get our basement back in order.
