Colorado Cleanup Services

We had an unexpected renovation since the former owners of our house didn’t see the need for a wax toilet seal after replacing some floors. Jacob, Gabe, Adrian and Mario were all so helpful and prompt getting everything torn out and cleaned up! They set up floor protection and plastic film on the doors of the rooms that they were working on so the rest of the house didn’t get messy and they were all very patient with my curious dogs. Hopefully we don’t need their services in the future but if I do I won’t hesitate to reach back out.

CCS has been amazing from the start. Great communication and they walked us through the process thoroughly, answering all of our questions along the way. We worked with Tommy for the mitigation and he was fantastic. CCS made a horrible experience (water damage) much less scary. Randy came out to provide an estimate for the rebuild and he went above and beyond. He is absolutely amazing. He really provides exceptional customer service, giving us helpful advice and providing detailed information. We had to go back and ask him more questions multiple times because of insurance developments and despite it being weeks and sometimes months later, he was gracious and went above and beyond to help us through it all. He also communicated directly with the adjuster and offered to help us with much of the process. His reports had incredible detail and he helped solve some complex issues that came up. Really exceptional and we’re incredibly grateful.

Josh and Eric were great. Prompt, friendly, and got the job done very well. It was clear that they cared about their work and wanted to provide the great service. 5/5 stars, would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Josh! They came out to locate a leak in my ceiling and were kind, professional, and incredibly respectful of my home. They took the time to protect my property before starting work and explained everything clearly as they went. They did what it took to get a plumber to my home, otherwise we would have had to shut off our water till the AM due to this leak being so late! It’s such a relief to have a crew that treats your home like their own. I truly hope this same team is assigned to complete the job, they’ve earned my full trust and appreciation. Highly recommend!

I had a flood in my laundry room when my washing machine hose came out from the wall. Thought I had it all cleaned and then I went downstairs and I had a flood in the basement. I soaked up all the water and then called Colorado cleanup. Came out just a few hours later set up all the fans. Wesley and his crew took great care moving their equipment into the house. So grateful.I hope to update this review on Monday when everything is dried out. I called Colorado cleanup solely based on reviews. I was so impressed that I decided this is who I wanted to work with. They are excellent.

Wesley Bodkins was the highlight of my entire experience. He was the first inspector to come out and look at my mold issue. He was very helpful, informative and kept a calm demeanor when explaining to me what a plan might look like. Which was much appreciated as the last thing i needed was somebody making me afraid. Instead he came off as confident and clear. I would recommend them based mostly off Wesley customer service!

Jeremy and crew did an excellent job. Showed up on a stormy Tuesday evening, climbed into the attic (and Jeremy is pretty big), did a quick inspection to assess what they could do. He let me know they would take care of everything. Jacob and Adrian worked closely with him to install and remove all of the equipment needed for the job. With continuous inspections they confirmed that the area was fully dried and ready for repair. I will give these guys my recommendation any day of the week. Worked clean, thoroughly, and transparent through the whole process.
