Not only have I had great experiences with Dry U Now on a business level with my job, but I have had personal experience with them during a water issue at my home. Dominic is always professional and very informative when he visits our office. We feel confident in recommending this company, knowing they will take care of our customers. As a homeowner myself, I had the misfortune to need help after a water pipe burst and flooded my home. First call I made was to Dry U Now. They had someone at my house in less than an hour! They took control and got going! The next morning Taylor was out there and walked me through all the steps and put my mind at ease. She was amazing!! Her and her crew took care of all our belongings and kept in touch the whole way. We were out of our house for 5 months, but the whole crew at Dry U Now did their thing and took on all the parts I would not have known how to handle. Not only do I recommend them to my customers, but I also recommend them to my family and friends. This is a great company that cares about the customer!!

I had made a call to Dominick at Dry U Now after a recommendation from my plumber due to an accident with a pipe leak from my garage into the basement explaining we needed to get a drying company to assess any mold issues. After the initial call to Dominick, not even an hour later Matt called me, emailed over some paperwork and a crew was set up to come out immediately which was about two hours later to accommodate my schedule! I was so pleased to know they could come so quickly. Through the whole process Zach, Marquay, Dan, Moses, and Bailey were amazing and incredibly professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and timely. They walked me through the whole process in detail, what to expect moving forward, and advised me how to communicate with insurance. Additionally They were quick and efficient, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and patient. I was very appreciative of how careful they were of my other walls and floors and really went above and beyond. I was grateful for the shoe covers and covering my floor as I have three young kiddos. I couldn’t be more grateful to them and so thankful of their expertise. They had all the necessary equipment and were ready to get started. They really made a horrible situation feel manageable. The area that needed attention was somewhat a smaller job that included the garage and basement but everyone made me feel like the top priority. I really appreciated that. I also had to leave at a certain time and they were incredibly respectful and got their work done efficiently so I could be out of the house on time. They arrived on time over the course of two days to check on how everything was drying and progressing. The initial response has been great and happy to recommend this company that is in need of this type of work. I am relieved we were able to prevent any further damage to keep my home safe and free of mold by using Dry U Now . We will be hearing from their reconstruction department on Monday! Would give zero stars if I could. A tree fell on our house a couple years back and this company did a horrible job and took forever to complete the job (though I don’t feel it was even completed). I could have probably did a better job. The trimming on my house looks like a toddler lined it up. The ceiling on my deck needed replaced because it was damaged and they tried to put the old pieces back in place mind you there was holes and cracked pieces. My deck that they was supposed to fix and repaint looks awful and was painted so sloppy we had to ask for them to come back and fix it. They said they would and then never did. My deck looked better before the tree fell on it and it was "fixed". They had to install a new garage door because ours was damaged and they installed it wrong. I needed new siding on my garage and everytime a storm comes pieces fall off. My insurance was paying for all the damage to be completely repaired and dryunow was trying to cut corners. I could go on and on but I will just attach photos

We are so appreciative of the great work performed by DryUNow when our 2000 sq. ft. basement flooded! They took care of everything from start to finish and added a pub in an unused space! We received constant communication so that we always knew exactly how things would progress. Thank you to the entire team!
