Platinum Restoration did a great job on fixing my house after my house fire. Ed, Kevin and Mike were very pleasant and helpful on various things during the whole process. My wife and I are very happy with the finished project as it was an entire gut job.

We had a vehicle crash into our home causing extensive damage and Platinum oversaw the cleanup as well as the entire repair process. I was extremely impressed with how organized the whole process was, start to finish. They handled everything with the insurance company as well. The quality of repairs and work looked to be top notch and a year later, you'd never know anything happened to our home. They were also very proactive with communications as well. Shoutout to all the names I can remember and the great work they did: Ed, Jeff, Mike, Nick, Kate Josh, Will and many others for the job well done.

This company turned a bad situation into a beautiful mudroom. From Travis giving us timely estimates and working through the insurance claim, to Joe, Bart, and Nick restoring our mudroom. This team is thorough and take pride in their jobs. Can’t thank them enough!!! I hope anyone dealing with insurance claim issues is able to contract out to these guys! Platinum Restoration Review I would like to thank Platinum Restoration for the work they did on our home, repairing substantial damages caused by a neighbor’s tree uprooting during a storm falling on our house coming and through the house, in-ground pool, and pool house on June 01, 2022. They were "Johnny on the spot" from our first contact with Jeff Sidabras and throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Jeff Sidabras, who ran the job and Joe Finding, the super, who oversaw all of the work that needed to be completed and was sure he always checked to see if we were satisfied with all repairs and doubled checked to be sure stuff that I forgot got done. Platinum Restoration employees are very professional, always kind and understanding with all our concerns and many questions that we had. I’m sure I drove Jeff and Joe a little crazy lol. The entire roof, siding, soffit, new pool house, electrical, plumbing, inside repairs to upstairs and downstairs ceilings from water damage, attic beams repair that broke from tree, carpet cleaning, new flooring, large hole in bathroom closet, the list goes on. The craftsmanship, timeliness, courtesy, and excellent customer service that was provided to us during a difficult time of need has meant the world to myself and my husband. I also want to note the excellent jobs done by Christian (bathroom floor replacement), Nick and Chris, (ceiling holes and repair from tree coming in house, closet, shelving, water damage repairs to bedroom and master closet, bathroom repairs, kitchen ceiling repair and bay window repair etc.) The work by all mentioned was absolutely beautiful. Tim who worked with the city and inspectors to be sure everything was up to code, and Lynna (financial) and Nicolette who called frequently to see how work on house was going and if I was satisfied. Back in February of 2022 during an ice storm my 60 year old oak tree came down on my house. The damage went all the way through the roof, ceiling, and siding. Platinum was one of three companies my insurance gave me. They were the only ones to call me back. I’m glad they were. Although it took a while to get all the work done due to labor shortages and supply chain issues, they and the contractors they sent were all top notch people. Each crew arrived when they said, worked hard, and best of all completed their part of the job with quality. Joe from Platinum was great to work with and extremely helpful. I also needed some extra work done beside what was damaged and covered by insurance. It was no problem, the prices were fair and the work complete and outstanding. The outside of my house is all brand new. It’s the best looking house on the street and I highly recommend this company.

Platinum Restoration did a great job on our basement! The cleaning crew removed the wet and ruined items quickly so we could get it dry. Kevin and crew were on time and professional. The rebuild back was just as great, Nick Harper did a fantastic job, he was here on time everyday, checked with us to make sure everything was being done correctly. He was professional and friendly! Carpet installer was friendly and professional as well. A+ to Platinum Restoration!

I had part of a tree come down on my garage in January. I called my insurance company, and they recommended platinum restoration. My gutter came down, and my siding on the front and side was ripped off. Part of the tree came through my roof. We decided to have this company fix our garage and also replace our entry doors and screen doors to our home. Josh, Bert, Henry, Nick, and Christian all came out to our home to get all this work done. All these men were AMAZING and extremely professional and helpful to get the job done. I truly was impressed at hiw informative the men were about every job. I would diffently use this company again anytime. Thank you for fixing my home.
