I called Blue Ribbon Roofing on a Wednesday about my roof that another company left unrepaired. They came out the next day for estimates and my roof was repaired the following Tuesday. Kim was very professional, pointed out things to us that we wouldn't have known. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to our roof. Communication is key and they were all over it. Thank you Kim and Blue Ribbon for showing up and getting the job done expertly and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend these guys! 10 strars!

The roofer (Kem Locklear) showed exceptional professionalism and dedication by safely climbing onto my wet, two-story roof to conduct a thorough inspection. He carefully walked the roof, identified and showed me several damaged shingles, and took the time to clearly explain the issues and why a new roof is needed. His willingness to work in less-than-ideal conditions and provide a detailed, honest assessment gave me great confidence in his expertise and integrity.
