Eric replaced all my gutters with beautiful new ones big enough to handle the runoff from my house and was able to repair a ton of rotted wood in the process, but most amazing was the roof leak that 5 other roofers failed to fix and he figured it out! And then one gutter wasn’t draining properly he sent his guys back out twice and got it corrected and never sent me a bill til it was all done. Amazing! Super nice guy who works hard to keep his customers happy and do first class work! I’ll be back!!

I had multiple quote from other roofers and Eric was the first one to not demand to see how much the insurance company quoted me. He only asked about the square footage. He was willing to give me a fair quote. He sold me on the warranty. Beverly has been amazing handling the paperwork. When an issue came up she was willing to go above and beyond to solve it right away! She was even working late into the evenings. She stayed on top of the communication! They were able to knock out my roof in a day. I highly recommend!

Eric was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His crew was HIGHLY efficient and exceeded expectations. He is Master Elite with GAF, so you know you are truly getting the best quality roof. The prices are highly competitive and I could not recommend TKPA enough!

Eric and his crew had previously replaced roofs for family, I was very impressed with the work they did and so was my family members. During the process of getting the estimate, contacting my insurance company and agreeing on a day the work would be done, Eric answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very professional. The day the work was to be done, it was extremely windy and cold but Eric’s crew did not miss a beat. They were very nice, professional roofers and knew what exactly needed to be done. They worked diligently to replace the roof, if there was anything extra repairs that need to be done, I was informed in a timely manner so there would not be any surprise charges on the final bill. The crew who worked on my roof were very polite, professional and courteous. When they were finished with the roof, they did an excellent job cleaning up nails and debris despite the wind. When they left, there was no indication that they were there besides the beautiful roof. Since the roof has been replaced, my wife and I have received many compliments on how beautiful it is and were asked who did the work. We gladly told them about Eric and his crew. We are extremely happy with our new roof and are happy that we chose TKPA Preservation & Roofing LLC.

This was a terrible roofing warranty experience but Repairs were finally made. TKPA Preservation did not do the original installation. The work they did was absolutely wonderful, very professional and had outstanding communication. I expressed my concern with nails because my horse has free roam of the yard and they went above and beyond to ensure the nails were collected. My roof looks great and I recommend any and everyone to do business with this company.

Tommy & Eric best to work with!! Had a small issue come up and they went out of their way to help.. Used to be scared to deal contractors but I feel a lot more trusting now!! Thanks to these guys!
