I had an excellent experience with ATEAM. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and friendly. They arrived right on time, explained the process clearly, and worked efficiently. My carpets look brand new — they were able to remove stains I thought would never come out. The fresh, clean smell after the cleaning was a bonus! Thank you A-Team. You did an excellent job with cleaning and taking care of everything when I had some water damage. The A-Team employees were very nice and polite, they were dressed in clean A-Teams uniforms, and the employees were very professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process. They removed the wet items, they placed air blowers to dry the floors. They returned a couple days later and replaced the carpet and performed a humidity meter check. I've been using the A-Team now for almost a year. I've used them for carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning and housekeeping. I will say they do a phenomenal job on everything.
